Daily roulette is rigged.

Pd changed the daily roulette chances. When they first released the 20m cars some people get those cars in roulette immidately. After some updates no one got 20m car from roulette.
It's certainly possible.
Also its game nature you wont get dupe when you dont have anything in your garage.Thats not even an arguement.
And also that's not what I said.

I've got nearly all of the cars in GT Sport through the carousel. I've barely bought any of them - so it quite clearly has been giving me cars I don't already have. That notwithstanding, I've got nearly all of the cars in GT Sport and it gave me a car I didn't already have on Tuesday this week.

Apparently you don't get high value cars or new cars. Other people do. The pattern you've noticed is not the pattern. But I'll see if I can ask Kazunori Yamauchi about it for you tomorrow (don't hold out any hope though; it's really an FIA Q&A more than just anything GT Sport-related).

Been playing since the day it came out...

I've a got a few LMP's and VGT's but nothing over a million like a Laferrari, or the 20,000,000 cars.

I've been playing since day one too and this week i won an Enzo. It's almost like it's random chance or something.

Their are four cars on the wheel , therefore you have a 25% chance of winning any one of those cars, plain and simple.

You'd think so however as Famine said that is not the case, you can only ever win one, the others are there to tease you. Again listen to Famine he has tested this, or test yourself and restart the game before it saves and you'll get the same car again and again.

I have never won any of the cars worth millions on the carousel, It's always a repeat car I already have.. I'm probably just an unlucky sod tbh but it does piss ye off slightly when you see them on the carousel lots but they just never ever land for you 👎

One day..... :P:tup:

I'm almost 100% sure the event you're reaching the daily mileage goal in has some bearing on what 4 cars show up in the roulette. I don't know for sure that it affects what I actually end up winning, but it seems that way. GT League gives me better cars than sport mode, by far, and the more challenging the event the higher probability of getting a car worth 1m+.

sometimes get cars I don't own, or sometimes it's getting 6 S-FR's and WRX GR3 cars, rarely is it ever anything expensive.

It could be worse though. You could get clothing items or horns like in Horizon 4.

Sounds an awful lot like my account, you don't happen to get lots of different Meganes too do you.

You clearly dont know how daily roulette works.
You also clearly can't claim anything without proof. Saying it's rigged cause you get a ****** pick is just you being mad, so until there's some hard evidence in the coding that purposely adds duplicates, please just shut up.

Well , if that's the case , then you could basically cheat to make credits every day.

A few weeks back i won a Ford GT40 mark 1 worth 2.8 million which i already owned so i sold it and took the 840,000 credits.

Doing two races at Lemans gets 480,000 + 840,000 = 1,320,000 credits a day for 14 minutes of racing is what i could have done.

If try to sell the car it'll have saved before then and afterwards so you can't just reload and get another. There is no way to exploit this. It is true though, Famine wouldn't (and can't) post it otherwise.

Ya ,i guess you can only do it the one time, maybe that's why we can't sell gifted cars because then you could do it every day.
But if you win a 20 million car , you can get more than one if you so desired.

I don’t think you’re getting what they’re saying.

You literally CANNOT exploit the system. If you get your daily prize car, and the game saves, it doesn’t matter if you shut the system off and turn it back on. That car has been saved to your garage and you can’t get another prize car until completing the marathon the following day.

If you shut the game off BEFORE it saves, that car has not been saved in your garage yet. You don’t have it. When you turn on the game again, it will do the daily prize car presentation again, but you will receive the same vehicle that you WOULD have in your garage, if you had let the game save.

But you don’t already have it from earlier, because the game didn’t save. And if you did let it save and put the car in your garage, then you wouldn’t get the prize wheel again when you restart the game.

There is literally 0 possibility of getting more than 1 prize car from the daily marathon per day.

And, as you said, even if you COULD somehow exploit the prize wheel, you can’t sell the prize cars for money. Nor can you trade them to other players. So having an infinite amount of a car that can’t be sold or traded quickly just becomes a way to clutter your garage.

Roulette is a game of pure chance. Every number has a equal chance of winning.

GTS roulette is not pure chance. Some cars cost 20m, some 20k. You are far more likely to win a low value car than a high.

As very clearly evidenced by my daily gift cars!!

OK, i see what your saying , if you don't save and reset , the game is just picking up where it left off and you get the same car which makes sense , otherwise if the spin started over again then there would be the possibility of getting a different car.

The spin does start over and the cars can be in a different position but it makes no difference, it will stop on the same car no matter what.

Well ya i understand it starts over again, but it will give you the same car because you didn't save it. Otherwise if it was a fresh spin with the same four cars even in different spots you could keep re-trying until you got the car you wanted which wouldn't be right, no worries.

Does anyone know the title of the thread with the poll asking if people have won a 20 million credit car yet? I couldn't find the thread but last time I checked it was at about 55% of people have not won a 20 million credit car yet.
Given that the game has been out for roughly 400 days, there are roughly 200 cars in the game, four of which are 20 million credits, there are many other chances to win cars such as all gold on a track Circuit Ezperience, and those who voted were devoted to Gran Turismo enough to join this site, find that thread, and feel a need to vote in it, meaning those who have voted in the thread have most likely played GT Sport more than the average player it seems pretty safe to assume the roulette is "predetermined' or "rigged" (whichever you prefer) to give a lower percent on average to win a 20 million credit car then say a 20 thousand credit car.
This is the thread I was referencing.

56% still not have won a 20 million credit car seems to be clear evidence that the odds are lower on average to win an individual 20 million credit car than any other individual car.
