Now that's a properly good looking car.

I'm glad you like it, it was quite a bit of work getting the car to drive nicely with the ride heights I was running. Can't have that unsightly gap between the fenders!

EDIT: Since when have you been Mr.Premium?

I mean the Premium kind of Premium, with the little gem.

I've always loved the looks of those types, but as you said earlier, getting them tuned to race properly takes a lot of work... That's why I usually pass.

Good decision on having higher top speed, my PP drop too much, barely reach 114mph, gonna get murdered in the tunnel  Would you like a certain paint chips to make that car looks even sexier ? :sly:

I have spares of pinks, blue, candy yellow, shiny red :)

Normally, I'd take you up on that offer, but I'm trying to keep it as close to this car as possible:

That is a solid paint right, I think I have several shades of yellow that fits the bill, will send some your way soon :)

Notes :

A tune designed to give neutral feeling, and giving confidence to the driver, Maserati GranTurismo S in stock form has tendency to push then slide on exit, this one is ... well try it yourself ;)

Shift point is at just below 7000rpm, my PB with this tune is at 1:44.9xx, a bit slow in gaining speed, especially on steep elevation, barely reach 114 mph in the tunnel, but make up for it in the corners, nail the entry, full throttle on exits will yield great speed and huge smile on your face :) Don't be afraid to keep the throttle hammered/feathered on sections where you would normally lift off ( notably the esses and blind corners )

Ride height can be lowered to 10 both front and rear, or install rear wing type A, recommended aero at 6/7. Both tested ok. After further testing, I would highly recommend F 20 R 20 as the lowest ride height for optimal balance when navigating the various corners of Trial Mountain.

Good luck with the work JP :) I am back in lounge ... stunned by this sexy girl, she's an Aston, a V12 ... I got her dropped to 260HP - 50.6%, brand new acquired from NCD 438PP, stock everything else, good for 1:45s, very good handling straight out of the box on CS tire. Anyone who haven't found a car for Monday should give this one some laps, you'll be surprised by her action on the bends.

Just got in...brewing up some coffee, firing up the PS3 and heading over soon...

Marvelous racing today guys. Rally cars are really fun, but I'm glad to be done with that course. It certainly makes you use all of your skills and was fun. Thanks for hosting NC. 👍

I feared carnage here and was pleasantly surprised. It's a tough and technical track but it seems everyone handled it with flying colours...well done:tup: Off to Trial Mountain and then Laguna most likely, with some FF's:)

Subpar day for me. Somehow ran a string of laps under target in race one; race two was ok; in race three after pressuring Brandon for several laps couldn't do a clean pass. While trying to yield the position back ended up slowing down too much, which lead to being off the optimal line before uphill right-hander. Horrible place to be off the line near anyone, sorry NC. It went downhill from there.

I still hate TM track, so I'll be back for FF action.

I noticed both you and NC were off your game a bit, but Brandon, Cote and Ferrari seemed to kick it up a notch. :sly:

In case anyone missed it, we asked for a list of your favourite tracks. You can find the details here:

I didn't realize anyone had a hate on for Trial Mountain.:scared: The long back straight should provide for some draft passing at least.

Faves
Cote d' Azur
Deep Forest Reverse
Tsukuba

Least Faves
Madrid
Nurb GP/D (Hate with a passion)
Kart Space

I'm not a big fan of it for racing, really only one place to pass but lots of places for crashes. I like to use it for testing new cars though.

The second Parity race I attended was at Trial Mountain, it was an awesome place, I had many places to pass, and many places to run two wide, without losing too much time. In the Ferrari seasonal at TM, I've found plenty places to pass the dumb AI. In fact, I remember a pesky little Ford Focus RS that was always hovering around me. :sly: I probably have a replay lying around somewhere...

No worries dsg... I'm pretty sure I bumped you a few corners later entering the esses and sent you into the wall (haven't watched the replay yet). So I'm sorry for that if I did hit you.
