Lol, thanks McLaren. Actually I didn't even realize it had its own thread...until I just now read it on Autoblog and it linked me back here.

I have a friend who claims to have spotted about 30 new Infiniti G37s waiting to get on the ferry to go to the Olympic peninsula (a rather popular spot for media testing.) I would look for an article on the G37 in your upcoming car magazine.

Apparently they sound awesome too.

The G37S was on the cover of Motor Trend, and was in Car and Driver for August...

Still, I wouldn't doubt what you're saying. That may be for an enthusiast club type thingamabob, or maybe something where Infiniti lets current G35 SC owners drive the hell out of the G37S to decide if they want one...

...Me? I'm still in love with the 3-series coupe...

I finally was able to upload my pictures

Ferrari Testarossa, never seen one of these in the wild before, always at a show. The funny thing was it was behind a caravan.

That's a more limited edition of the GranSport, only about 1,000 made. I'll have to recheck the model.
The one thing I'm not too keen on is our dealerships' appearences. They look a bit bland compared to others....
yeah totally bland :S didnt think that was a proper dealership at first!

Is it a trick of the light, or is the 360 half yellow?
yeah looks yellow to me too. i guess it could be the light? :S weird though

Two very rare sightings in one shot... a Quik-E-Mart and a Ducati MH900evoluzione that is actually being driven and not in a collector's garage encased in glass. 👍

love the bike. good spot! can't believe it doesn't have a speedo haha.

Citroen AX, Vauxhall Corsa and I think I spy a Renault Clio in the back aswell. Really Danny, nothing special.

[EDIT] Otherwise I'd say a jetta estate/wagon.

OK, turns out it's a 1987 Passat MKII CL

I like that about it. It hints to its racing pedigree. Besides you don’t even need a tach to know how fast you are going on a MH900e… just need to know your gear and listen to the growl of that marvelous V-Twin and massive dual exhaust. The engine and exhaust puts out such a growl that it actually set off a couple car alarms when it pulled in.

Here is a video clip of another MH900e that only slightly hints at its aggressive sound, but to truly appreciate it you need to listen to it in person:

BTW: Can anyone tell what car that is to the left of the MH900e, and what model Ferrari is to the right of it?

When I first approached the owner after he had just dismounted his thoroughbred he didn't hear me talking to him as he was wearing industrial ear plugs under his helmet. :D

Hell knows what the green/grey car is to the left of the bike, looked at first like one of those electric Elise's (Tesla Roadster) - but on futher inspection it looks like it might be some kind of Porsche based kit-car.

The Ferrari on the right would appear to be a Ferrari Pontiac Fiero ;)

I concur with The Cracker - Volkswagen-based kit car intending to represent a classic Porsche and a Fiero.

Ferrari Testarossa, never seen one of these in the wild before, always at a show. The funny thing was it was behind a caravan.

It looks to me like a 512TR, the Testarossa's successor. It has the wheels and painted side skirts characteristic of the 512TR. Granted I have seen Testarossas with both the wheels and the painted side skirts so it's really hard to tell one from the other unless you get a badge shot. So I guess we'll always wonder. For the record the 512TR is considerably rarer. Good spot either way.

Yesterday and tonight (oooh, a triple post!):

348ts-072407.jpg

Ferrari 348ts - I will stop posting this one when it stops getting exciting.

arnage-072307.jpg

Bentley Arnage with unusually small back window. Picture taken in my rear view mirror. Also seen here.

db9_volante-072407.jpg

Aston Martin DB9 Volante.

57-072407.jpg

Maybach 57. Temporary plates expired on June 26 - maybe he's trying to find the cash to pay registration fees - it will be over $20,000.

(for visual reference on size - and because my car likes celebrities. Remember, this Maybach is the "short" one!)

 Wow man. I'd really like to sit in the back of a 62 then!

On another note, I'm never going to take a picture of a Continental again. Ever. I see one nearly every other day.

BUT- I saw a helluva lot, and with pics (Later, when my sister will let me use the SD card reader on the desktop).

I saw among other things a Shelby GT and a MB G55 AMG! :D

I remember sitting in the back of a 760Li, that was really great, but the floor seemed really high up... :odd: You ever sit in one and notice that?

Never a 760Li but I've sat in the back of a few long-wheelbase S-classes and no I never have noticed that. However I'm 6' 3" and I can practically lie down in the back of an S-class. God only knows what a Maybach would be like.

Judging by that picture, it looks like you could fit the whole A4 in the 'bach's wheelbase...

Very eclectic mix of nothing exotic, but some interesting bits and bobs... Apologies for the absolutely pathetic quality of the photos!

Ssangyong Rodius. Also known as the ugliest automobile ever (and the Ssangyong Stavic - not Slavic).

Judging by that picture, it looks like you could fit the whole A4 in the 'bach's wheelbase...

Looks that way but these things are never the case - the Audi is 178 inches long and the 57's wheelbase is just under 134. In fact you can't even fit an A4 into a 62's 150-inch wheelbase.

That Nissan Gloria looks pretty cool, kind of like the Japanese 300C, at least in the criminal-sense.

Using my fingers, the Audi about comes past the ends of the 57's wheels.

I think he means it's made in Slavic countries. I think the Rodius is built in Russia.

Anyway, the ugliest automobile ever is also made by Ssangyong, but it's not the Rodius, it's the Korando!

I disagree, however I think the ugliest automobile is still a Ssangyong.

When I was 9 years old I bought a Ssangyong stereo, and it was the worst thing ever made. Just a taste of things to come, it seems.
