Ooook i didnt thunk they were that limited!
A little info
Just 500 built!
Ima gonna have to find this beastie and get some pics! May even speak to the owner, i know it lives around here somewhere as ive seen it before.

Remeber the Ford Puma ST160 i saw all that time ago?
Well today i was a bit gobsmacked by what i saw!
First of all i drove down a road that my mate lives down quite near to where ive seen it parked up before. Right opposite his house, there it was sitting there all sexy looking.
I drop him off and go round the corner to find a parking space, just as i park up i catch i glimpse of something wide a little further down the road.
Yep it was another one! 2 Puma ST160's within 200 yards of each other!!
i had to snap both of them, with my camera fone, pics just a minute apart!

This thread is short on pics.

Today:

The NSX has Florida plates. And if you wonder why that NSX is anything special, then quit GTP please.

Looks like an 02-05? In 2002 the fixed roofs were dropped so they all were Targas--so it can't be an NSX-T. And it's obviously not a Japanese model so it couldn't be a Type-S or Type-R. So, why is it special? It's not the color...because next to silver red is the 2nd most popular color. I'm not being facetious...I'm being serious.

Red Honda NSX Type-R with black rims  This is the 2nd time seeing it, so i guess someone baught one.

Other then that I saw a couple classic Fiat convertables, and a few clasic Alfa Romeos.

I saw something that I'll bet no-one in here has ever seen before.

A friend lives in the rich area of Auckland so I often cruise through there to get to his house and yesterday I saw a Aston Martin DB9.......on cement blocks. Some bastards had stolen the wheels off of the Aston.
You mean this Aston? :)

I was really freaking out yesterday. Sitting at a light in downtown hollywood, and a blue-green colorshift TVR Tuscan Speed Six went by! Never thought I'd see one here in the US! (I've seen them in the UK when I was there, my British family friends thought it was amusing how much I went crazy when seeing the TVRs, an Escort Cossie, and a Cappucino!)

Also saw a bright orange S2 Exige later that day, but that was nothing after seeing the Tuscan.

Mercedes E500
Dodge Caliber
'06 Suby Impreza WRX
Ford Mustang
Chevy Impala

(All of which except the caliber were black)

I think the simple fact that it's a 2002-2005 model makes it quite a good sighting. The '91-'01 models are relatively common but this is the first '02-'05 that I've ever seen. I wouldn't be surprised if there's only a few hundred nationwide - no-one was dumb enough to buy them, basically.

And beat this. All these pictures were taken this evening:

Nice M5Power, that 8-series is definately my favorite in that bunch. Followed by the only good Ferrari in years the F430. The others I see often in Plano TX.

Oh and here's the M5 pics:

But the Z8 is a nice find. I have yet to see one on the streets :(

Then you'll like this picture:

The Z8 is really one of my favorite-looking cars. I actually saw two today!

Here are some other ones I've seen:

JCE3000GT
Wow...is that two in the same picture? Oh, and sexy VeeDub. 👍

The silver one behind is parked next to the club owned by the driver. The club is called BRIX. Interestingly, the car also had license plates "BRIX". That is - until the owner traded up for a Ferrari 360 Modena Spider, which now bears that license plate and can be seen there relatively frequently. The most interesting part about all of this is that BRIX is owned by a woman...

I had never seen the red one on the front before, and I haven't since.

My boss is borrowing a F430 F1 in dark grey metallic this week (perhaps to replace the 456 he's just sold?) so i've been having a good look and listen to it - not got my camera on me though (wouldn't give him the satisfaction anyway ;) )

*edit*

He's taken the F430 back at lunch :( - and picked up a ice blue Murcielago for the weekend :)

...also saw a Bowler Wildcat (on the back of a trailer)

I've bitten the bullit and ordered a digi cam on Amazon!

First time I saw a Z8 in person, I was walking over to the gas station and thought I saw an older Stingray Convertible out of the corner of my eye, ran over and it's a black Z8 with an older woman and her daughter in it, so I talked to her about her excellent taste for a bit before they drove off.

Saw a Ferrari 275 GTB in front of Wal Greens last year, me and another guy sat there leaning on the bumpers of our respective cars talking about it waiting for the guy to come out.

I caught up to him later at a Ferrari Show in the Area, he's the same guy who owns an Iso Grifo.
