Several old (1960's-70's) cars, I'm rubbish at identifying them but one was a Ferrari something GT, some kind of old Lotus, numerous MGs,

Aston V8 Vantage ( oooh, I LOVE THE NOISE!!) Focus ST,>>>>>//M6<<<<<, not able to remember any more. All in all it was a good day for car spotting (nice weather brings them out)

a Citroen 2CV

Good? I'm not sure it qualifies. But rare in the US? I think so.

WTF. I didn't even know they were imported to the USA. Definately would be a super rare find.

Shows don't count. Come on - anyone can go to a show and see nice cars. The answer to "did you see anything good today?" would be an obvious yes. In effect it would be a rhetorical question. The street is where the fun is!

By the way - the show sightings posted were phenomenal and they certainly have their place. I'm on 56k and I stuck around to see the pictures. Thanks for posting them, M-m. But, Giles is right about their place in this thread.

Ya know?

By the way, this was my sighting of the day:

(7/1/06 - Denver, Colo.)

This one had New Hampshire plates, believe it or not.

I went to Richmond (the Chinese rich town of Greater Vancouver) and saw these:

1 911 Carerra
1 Viper
2 645Ci
Like a billion S-classes
2 SL500
2 745i

No offence or anything but i still consider them to count, don't really see the relevance of whether they are at a show or not. We only have one or two shows like this in the city a year.

I did go back at closing time and saw the three Ferrari's and the 997 driving, in the stadium, towards the exit and i did see a couple of other cars driving away from the stadium.

But i don't go out much so to me cars shows do count.

Anyway, this has been discussed enough. 👍

A red Suzuki GSX/R 1300 hayabusa with twin yoshi pipes

As for cars, nothing new besides "the usual" new mustangs and BMW 7 series running around

i pulled into a gas station near my house and saw this car sitting there, i know its not a rare car but its the first one i have seen other than pictures or comercials.

Vauxhall Lotus Carlton.  Not sure which number it was, but it was pristine. :D

Admittedly it was on the way to the DTM race at Brands Hatch, but it was still on the street outside, so it counts. :P

300C Limo
Cayenne Limo
Venturi something
Mazda MX-5 with an RX-8 front

Yep, saw one of the two Ford Racing Pumas parked up again, decided to go for a walk earlier today with my camera, so i got some good pics of it :)
Surprised to find its for sale!! Wish i had the money for that

also saw a lovely maroon red R33 GT-T, saw this ages back too but i never pictured it, different wheels to what it had, preferred the older ones mind.

Correct name is R33 GTS-25t. The R34 is the one with the GT-T name, and R32 is the GTS-t. :scared:

Sorry, it just kinda bugs me a little. ;)

M5Power
Shows don't count. Come on
If shows did count, I would be able to pwn you all! With pics of are local Classic Muscle car shows, I could get 4-5+ Cobras in one shot.. Or the SF show, a few years ago, and get 2 Enzos and a Modena in one shot

ultrabeat
300C Limo

I rode in one of those to Prom a couple of months back. Amazingly, it was actually kind of cramped.

On the other hand, the limo company sent us a Hummer H2 limo for the return trip home after prom, and it was so goddamn huge.

That was the most ostentatious thing I have ever ridden in.

Anyways, today I saw:
A couple of BMW M3s
an Audi S4
a Canada (British Columbia) plated R32 Skyline
a Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale

Mustang-man

Fair enough man, all those names get me confused :ouch:
Anyway its not often i see skylines around this area so i just guessed

Went to a hillclimb meeting yesterday. Some of the stuff in the car park.

I travelled down in the 944 in the background and back home over the moors in the 993.
