Today had only one spot: a Camaro convertible
couldn't really get a good photo without entering the facility
though the side was a cinch.

The Mystery Machine
And on the way back to work, I snapped this. Just because I could.
From the past couple of days:
The first new G-car I've seen on the road, I don't know if it's people just not buying them around here or that I simply just don't notice them at all. It's not particularly bad looking but just kind of another "meh" saloon car.
You're aware these have been out for a year and a half? Hell I drove one a year ago!!! BTW - if you think it's a "meh" sedan - DRIVE. IT. I spent 20 minutes in one a year ago and am already pricing used models. One of the best.
We seem to live in completely different countries. The new G is common as dirt here even the G37 coupe (actually, if youre just counting students, I bet there are more G coupes than sedans). Conversely, Ive never seen a new Challenger or Pontiac G8. Oh, and, I actually get really excited when I see a new Dodge Caravan, because Ive seen, like, five in total.
I saw a G8 last night in Plano. The new G is everywhere, I see at least one a day give or take. Definately looking better and better.
*edit*
Last night was a carshow in Plano and I saw my FIFTH new M5 within 24 hours. Oh and for a treat there was an R33 GT-R--my favorite Skyline. I saw and touched one in person...i literally had goosebumps meeting my hero in person. The R34 I saw in Plano years ago didn't give me that feeling.
Haven't seen any Astras in person on the road yet. Looking forward to seeing one though. 👍

That first shot in particular is nearly perfect.
Great composition, lighting, water effects, and while not set up, it might as well have been, as the buildings that help frame the picture and even the SUV off to the left all compliment the unique color of that Gallardo and the light gray tones from the glass and headlights. 👍
Even if you don't want to work for a magazine, you may seriously consider putting together a portfolio, and making some business cards, and next time you shoot a car, attempt to find out who the owner is and show them your work, and offer, for a fee, to do a professional photo shoot for them.
I know several owners of some very expensive automobiles, and they all love to get professional photos of their cars, and have been known to pay a pretty penny or two for top quality photos.
Seriously. I've seen many of the photos they take, and yours are just as good, if not better, considering you don't have the luxury of setting up the precise conditions, as one can do in a proper photo shoot.
In fact, if you find yourself visiting Texas, shoot me a PM. 👍
The Lamborghini Gallardo pictures are all really good. It is neat seeing a supercar in the rain like that, trying to almost look like a normal car. Very nice job! 👍
Really, superb stuff! Don't know how you manage to maintain the nice car to great photo ratio!
Photomatix Pro?
is it CS2 compatible?
Honnestly though, it's no secret that post-production is so rampant. You'd be hard-pressed to find any automotive photographer who started out on digital who doesn't use PP. Magazine shots without Photoshop? Pretty hard...
Some sort of old Mercedes roadster.
