I saw 5 of 6 calibers in a Chrysler dealer here yesterday, Chrysler don't even meantion them on their Australian website.

Yer, you're right. I've sent an email regarding the Dodge label's lack of appearance on the website so I should be expecting a reply soon. đź‘Ť

Whilst on my racing bike today a SL55 AMG, Bentley Flying Spur and a TVR Sagaris whizzed by me, at different times of course. :D

Yesterday whilst in Central London i saw an SLR Mclaren with a Middle Eastern Plate along with a Gallardo down by Knightsbridge.

So, I tell a lie. I did in fact see a GT-R, but I've seen it only a couple of days ago so it doesn't really count...

JESUS! HOW MANY EXOTICS DO you want?

Having watched far too many episodes of 'MTV Cribs' i guess they were all black or white and "running on 24's"

Indeed, many of them did. The Maybach at least - I think the rest were bone stock.

*McLaren*
M5, I'm starting to think you're seeing the same DB9 Volante and 2 SL65 AMGs.

The DB9 is sometimes the same - the one I see most frequently has Arizona plates - but nearly every SL65 I see is different. It's absurd how many there are here. (or there WERE in Denver)

There's your first Volkswagen Eos sighting, yesterday in Atlanta. I'm loving it. Also saw a Chrysler Aspen in Colorado on August 22. Not loving that one. Also caught this guy:

I've already seen an NSX, that Supra Turbo, and an older Rolls here in Atlanta and I haven't even driven to the nicest area of town. It's going to be a lovely four years. Those Supras might not be much to the rest of you but in snowy Colorado we never had them. It's at the same house as a C4 Corvette convertible, a G35 coupe, and a C5 or C6 under a cover. Successful, clearly...

I need help identify a car I saw today. I didn't get a picture of it, but from the front it looked like an XKR, but from thr back it looked like a fiat turbo coupe.

Any ideas?

Oh yeah, a porshe 1600(WTF??) and a MKIV supra in red

The only thing that bother me about that porsche was that it only said "1600" on the back of it. It looked like a 356 coupe, but it didn't have the badging

May put more up later.

Please do - those were fantastic! Thanks so much for showing them. I enjoyed the Superamerica most of all - I'll probably never see the vehicle, but I really love looking at pictures of it!

My sightings for TODAY:

August 26, 2006 - Atlanta, Ga.

Not bad. I'm loving the rims culture here in Atlanta - people seem to enjoy their cars about as much as I enjoy seeing (some of) them. It's fun. Sighting of the day:

Happy to oblige.

Ignore my mum, carrying my bag for some reason, and it's a great picture.

My Cat :)

Should be enough pictures there for you to mull over :)

If God forbid, you should ever find yourself in Yoo-rup, a visit to Monte Carlo and St Tropez is a must.

no pics unfortunately as i was driving the whole time, another trip to northampton and cambridge and back and i spotted;

TVR Tuscan (in cambridge)
TVR T350c (on the way to northants)
TVR Sagaris (1st one ive seen, looked amazing )
Ferrari f360 (red as usual)

not much considering, but again headed towards thetford and i see a pace car. This one was an Audi avant, couldnt tell if it was a s6 or s4 variant, but not the brand new version. im still wondering where they came from, theres not many circuits around here anywhere, closest is silverstone i think

Ultrabeat, you b'stard! Amazing pictures. Major re-speck yo! Not bad for a Yorkshireman!

ultrabeat, some guy you dont even know let you sit in his enzo? WOW

If i had the opportunity to sit in an enzo, i would probably piss myself and ruin his seats :(

Ok, I'm going to dump all of these pictures here that I've been saving up for a while. Almost all of these came from my phone camera, the rest are from my good camera.

Here are the descriptions

1) An old electric truck that I thought was cool
2) A ferrari
3) Another ferrari
4) An older sports car that I forgot the name of (something like pantera)
5) a gt40 hiding behind a traffic light (he was moving, I was lucky to get the shot)
6) an NSX
7) Some old car that I can't identify
8) S-Class AMG
9) Shelby GT-H 'stang
10) another shot of the shelby
11) WRX covered in decals
12) Z8
13) race cars at Laguna Seca Raceway
14) GT40 and friends at laguna seca
15) Laguna Seca raceway
16) Laguna Seca corkscrew
17) Power hard top miatas at Laguna seca

for each of the cars that I got a shot of, there are two that got away. While I was at laguna seca there were a few million ferarris that I didn't get pictures of because I was driving (no, not on the racetrack, I was just visiting).

27-maybach4.jpg

This is the Type 62. It's interesting - I saw another Maybach in Atlanta on August 28, 2005 - exactly a year ago! That was a 57 and belonged to a basketball player; the 62 is more common. This one was at an upscale hotel and had New York plates. This vehicle goes for $383,000 and is therefore the most expensive four-door vehicle I've ever seen (though it merely ties that record as I saw a different 62 in Denver back in May)

EDIT: danoff - thanks for showing those pics - the "Pantera" is in fact a Pantera - manufactured by a brand called DeTomaso, thanks in part to Ford who supplied engines for at least some of the cars. It's a good sighting - they're not too expensive but they're both quite rare and very visually stunning.
