Glad the snow is no longer. Great spots! I think the NSX plate looks swish, but the wheels are AWFUL. Also, the S63 AMG isn't common. Well spotted!

Eh it's Michigan, we can still get snow well into April...like last year. It's supposed to snow tomorrow night, but then be in the mid 70's by the end of the week. Who knows, our state is bi-polar.

Well that's good to hear. It just appeared next to me and the V12 badge stuck out.

Anybody know though if this is real or not? For some reason I've been kind of aimed at finding a real Alpina, no idea why.

very cool post Nismo!! the GT40, trailered Vette and 1962 Impala are awesome, but please, PLEASE dude, next time you see that Satellite, TAKE MORE PICRUEESA. That doesn't seem to be a normal Satellite but rather a 1971 GTX, my favorite year. You have homework.

I wasn't sure if it was a Satellite or a GTX, I usually just assume Satellite. No problem, next time I see one I'll be all over it.

Had camera, have many pictures.

Acura ZDX

I don't exactly know why I bothered. Perhaps to say how much I abhor this thing.

Aston Martin DB9 Volante

An appropriate indicator for the type of customer that can afford to shop there.

Audi RS4 Cabriolet

It's never too early for fast convertibles.

BMW 535i

What's the difference between this and a first-generation M5? I know this isn't one of them, but it's close (for an American-market car).

BMW 2002

Not a tii or anything cool like that, but interesting nonetheless.

BMW Bavaria

Not the creme-filled pastry variety, either.

BMW Z8 Alpina

I've actually posted before, sometime last summer, so this is just a quickie repeat.

Citroen DS21

I thought it was a local college professor driving it, but it turns out to be a local college student driving it. I think someone either didn't get it or is being unusually honest about themselves.

Ducati ST2

Certain bikes are not meant to be cooped up in traffic.

Ferrari 308qv 1982

About as original a license plate as that NSX. I suppose it's useful in writing traffic tickets. "Yes, we know it's a Ferrari...."

Fiat 500

I have yet to see a new one outside of car shows.

Fiat X1-9

Where have I seen this before....

Fiat X1-9 and 500

Oh, right here! (As you can see, not the same X1-9; they're simply not that fast.)

Ford Mustang Bullitt 2002

The '68 Mustang worked when you de-chromed it; the 2002 version simply looks like a rental. I'd be interested in a 2009 version, though.

Ford Mustang Roush

Not sure what stage it is, but it sure doesn't look like a rental.

Lamborghini Gallardo Spider

There were 2 guys playing music just out of view, to the right. For some reason they thought I was taking a photo of them. Silly street performers. (Note: fake license plate.)

Maybach 62

Just in time to be discontinued!

Mercedes-Benz CLK55 AMG 2002

A bit rarer, a bit stodgier, a bit less fun to drive.

Merecedes-Benz SLK55 AMG

Must be fun on a cold icy morning.

Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VIII

This is why you don't modify your exhaust will-nilly. Even if you think you can keep up with that 911 Turbo.

Pontiac G6 Mary Kay

Pink Cadillacs are for those who do well; matte-gray G6's are for those who...don't.

Porsche Cayenne S TransSiberian

Just barely caught this guy leaving the $4 car wash. I'm guessing he just found a sucker to buy that gaudy thing. I mean, another sucker; he bought it first.

Porsche Cayenne Turbo S 2010

Brand new, and bound to be worth far more than the orange stripey thing above.

Porsche Panamera Turbo

I'm willing to bet that not even a Turbo S version of this that will result in some positive reviews on the drive. Fast, yes; fun, not so much.

Saab 9-3 Turbo X SportCombi

I never thought I'd see one of these. I wonder which bridge it took to come stateside....

Volkswagen Scirocco 16v 1986

Cool in itself, but the location makes it even cooler. The first photo shows an unusually high percentage of Volvo's around it. That's because this is in Volvo North America HQ's parking lot. Nine out of ten cars here are Volvo's. This one is here every day, suggesting that it's an employee car. Now that's a Scirocco fan.

unknown hot rod

Blue, loud, and neat little chevron taillights. Any ideas on what it was?

* * * Barn Find * * *

I passed this spot every day for two weeks without seeing this. There's a similarly abandoned house just up the hill (in the last shot it'd be up and to the right) that I though was cool because...well, I like old relics of all types. It wasn't until I drove by without having to go to work that I saw the now-obvious car inside. Actually, it wasn't even me that noticed. It was my girlfriend who was kind of surprised that I completely failed to see it before. No idea what it is; I'm totally guessing that it's a Ford Galaxie. I'll try to get better shots tomorrow, but I'm also going to try to see who owns the place, if anyone.

Didn't have time to snap pics, but saw a Porsche Panamera on my way home from my hike today. Also got behind a Toyota Vitz, which I thought was strange seeing as they didn't sell them in the states. Looked like this:

06Echo_m_m.jpg

But it had the correct Vitz badging. Otherwise was completely stock save for an aftermarket muffler. Maybe he rebadged an Echo?

Why is it that the only interesting cars in Nu Zilland are the VW Scirocco and a few porches here and there. (Saw a Scirocco today)
All the rest seem to be Beemers, Toyotas and "Gangsta Driters... Gee"

V12 Biturbo is the 65, and even less common than the 63.

I believe he spotted the S600, all the v-12s are twin turbo and even if the v12 biturbo badge isn't standard for the non-AMG I'm sure you can spend a couple bucks to have one fitted at the dealer.

It's definitily an S65 AMG, wheels, rear and side badges and exhausts all point to the fact.

Good lord, you have no idea how I missed your posts, Tuttle. 2002, Citroen, old Fiats (and Rolls), the turbo Mercedes, the Scirocco and all that is awesome, give us more.

As GNX said, it's a 1940 Ford Coupe, and I think it's even a business version (longer trunklid), nice one.

and this oh man this. THIS!! You actually found a very very very rare car, Tuttle. 1958 Ford Edsel Pacer (trim level) two door. YES, GO AND GET MORE PICTURES. I WANT MORE. You know, like, MORE.

It's like the coolest thing ever posted here.

I want all of those Nissans you posted. That Stagea is amazing, one of the only wagons I'd take, along with the RS4. And that Cefiro looks great 👍.

OH MAN RUPPERT YOU NEED TO TAKE A WHOLE SET OF THAT LAND ROVER!! AWESOME!!

I KNEW it, I KNEW there were abandoned cars in HK!!! I TOLD YOUUUUU

WAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHFRGFNHASFGSDJFGHGAAARGHH...

er... ah yeah, and the ragtop Bug is not real. And the C63 effing ownz.

Here's a lovely car I spotted a while back with Rue, but it was taken from afar and I saw it again today parked on the street. Had to snap a few photos of this beauty/beast:

AC Schnitzer 6 in matte grey

Brilliant first photo there, mate! The rest aren't half bad either. One of only about two 6-Series I have seen. I'm not a huge fan.
