Tea (Yorkshire Tea obviously) during the day at work.

The occasional decaf coffee at home. Although i do enjoy a good non-decaf coffee after a good meal out.

A nice cup of Peppermint Tea (good for digestion) to go to bed with.

I enjoy a good coffee after a meal out. Sometimes I treat myself to an Irish coffee (for those who don't know what it is, coffee with a shot, or two, of brandy or whisky with fresh cream on top).

Sweet Tea only for me, I believe is called called orange pekoe. I must drink about a gallon a day, atleast.

Oh, I forgot about this thread!

So, I made my first pot of Earl Gray, and it isn't too bad. I think going on Red Tea first may have altered my tastes too much, but I defiantly like it (EG) better than Green Tea. I'm using Twinings for my EG, and its decaffeinated, so I have no idea how the taste would change from brand-to-brand.

I think my big problem is going to be that I like it much better cold as opposed to hot (crazy Americans...). I didn't put anything in it the first time, and it wasn't too bad. I'll probably try it with milk next time.
I get my tea(and coffee sometimes...) at 7-Eleven, and it's usually between Earl Grey or Green tea. :D

I caught a CM for Ice Earl Grey tea. I want to try one so bad!

Gravedig. Let's get some new thoughts.

Got to be tea. You can't beat a cuppa. I like Picard tea, but out of the contemporary brands, I'm a PG Tips man.

I like both, but prefer coffee, but not more than 4 cups, otherwise I'll get tired of myself. :D

And it must be black Douwe Egberts coffee. Not that Starbucks black pisswasser.

See, I'm weird in that I like the smell of coffee beans, when you open a fresh bag, but I do not like the taste of the stuff.

Vile.

I used to be more of a coffee guy, but I have been appreciating a good cup of tea more lately. Although I'm not really keen on these flavoured teas, I tried a spearmint and something tea today and it was awful!

However coffee with whiskey or Bailey's shots added still wins over a cup of tea :dopey:

Depends what mood I'm in, but I usually go for coffee. I love coffee flavoured stuff as well, cake, sweets etc

I drink neither on a regular basis, but can drink both if offered.

I can go months without a tea or coffee, but then I could drink a coffee every morning for a week if I was in a situation to do so (hotel / restaurant with included breakfast).

I find I drink Iced Coffee the most, but even that is a once or twice a week thing.

Both. Coffee is a nice drink but it needs sugar.
Tea though has to be proper tea (Not this cheap stuff they shove in a bag and sell it at the supermarket) and loose for me. My faveourite type is green tea. Peppermint is nice as well.

I'm probably odd ball here but I prefer hot cider more than either. I could drink jt during winter daily, or sore throat. Coffee is very hit or miss and I have ton of sugar and few creamers in it. Tea is usually too bitter for my enjoyment.

As with Liquid, I like the smell of coffee. Only difference is that I can drink it without hating the stuff, but I very rarely decide to have it.

I much prefer Tea. Doesn't matter which brand, I feel better having had at least 1 cup in a day.

Morning = Coffee

Nights = Tea

I'm this way as well, but if I don't have coffee in the morning, I'm asking for a headache by noon. I have one of those Keurig brewers, so it's only 1 cup a day.

I love tea at night. Chai and Peppermint (not at the same time) are best to me. Making some right now actually!

I still do both.

Large coffee in the morning($1 at Mickey D's!). Black, or couple of sugar & cream.

I drink tea through out the day at work. Bigelow Earl Grey, Stash Premium Green Tea, or Stash Moroccan Mint Green Tea. đź‘Ť

Coffee in the morning but it must contain delicious creamer. Can also happily consume it all day long.

Tea the rest of the day but it must contain at least half a cup of sugar per pitcher.

I, too, can go all day with neither provided I have another form of caffeine. :D

Has anyone tried the CoffeeMate Italian Sweet Cream creamer? It's really good if you like coffee or tea sweet.

I'm an English man living in China. Coffee, even if I did like it, wouldn't get a chance!

That is my previously alluded to creamer of choice. đź‘Ť

It's damn good and my wife hates it. More for me!

I borrowed a straight black coffee years ago from a coworker during work when I only had 4 hours of sleep(Sleeping problems back then). It was very bitter to drink and kept me away from drinking any of the stuff. I never drank tea ever. So far I've had a quite a few people jealous of me because I can go without coffee or tea.

Usually it's coffee in the morning, tea in the evening. I'll drink either almost any time though, if I had to choose only one it would be coffee.

Espresso and its derivatives are probably the top of my list, so I guess that would count as coffee. I don't have a machine though. I stayed in a hotel with a Nespresso machine recently and it's both quite good and really convenient, so I think I'm gonna ask for one for xmas.

I like coffee and tea, though. I drink crappy instant coffee every morning to get myself up, but later in the day I'll usually drink tea. With the instant coffee it needs a decent amount of half and half to make it drinkable, about enough to turn it kind of a caramel medium brown color, and coffee with milk and no sugar tastes weird so I put like half a packet of splenda in it. With good coffee I drink it black.

When it comes to teas, I'm not a big fan of heavily flavored stuff. Traditional black, green, and white teas are my favorite. I'm OK with blends as long as the flavors come from natural ingredients mixed into the tea, but when it's a really strong fruit flavor, or especially when the flavor has been artificially added, I can't drink it at all. I really like Lupicia, a Japanese chain of tea stores that has locations worldwide, including some here in California. Their packaging is super nice too, as seen below, and sometimes I buy stuff basically just for the graphic design...

Had to get these new seasonal teas from Lupicia. Not only is the tea itself good, I totally love the package design. by MaxArcher, on Flickr

I love both, and I do drink both regularly. I tend to drink coffee more because there's $0.25 drip coffee available at work, so I often drink at least one 16oz mug's worth if not two or three while at work.

I drink coffee almost however they come; I drink drip or espresso, straight black or with milk/sugar/creamer. What I drink partly depends on my mood. If it's good coffee, I tend to drink it black. The only type of coffee that I don't like or drink are instant coffees and spice infused coffees.

As far as tea goes, I drink both green and black teas, but I prefer Eastern teas over Westernized teas. Like coffee, I don't like any of those fruit and spice infused teas. Of the Western teas, I do drink Lipton tea bags, and I do enjoy Southern Style sweet tea and iced teas. When it comes to Chinese teas though, I drink pu'erh most frequently, though I do sometimes drink, and enjoy the other types.

But as far as beverages go. Mixing tea and coffee is actually really good, and I prefer that over just one or the other as a regular, daily drink.

I'm a Chinese man living in America. I have to bring tea back from China with me to the US. Though good coffee in Seattle is not hard to find...

Then there was that time in the UK when I went to breakfast with two GTP members and their family, and both the British GTP members took coffee when I, as the American, took tea.
