The machine to my left keeps me playing.

Also the many machines that I still have not driven and enjoyed. As well as fine tuning my DS3 driving skills.

I have recently picked GT5 back up after a 10 month gap. Kind of a swan song before GT6.

Finally got a Volvo 240 estate from the used garage after years of trying.

It is fun. I still feel like I haven't even scratched the surface of the possibilities with it.

One thing I have noticed is that the calibre of people playing it online has increased markedly. Everyone seems very quick. Or maybe, I have got worse. Or maybe they are cheating :)

GT5 is more like the occasional therapy for me... I'll load up several laps of the nurburgring with time and weather and take a classic car for laps... Not sure why its so soothing but it just looks so nice... I'm a real race driver and I have driven the ring in the pouring rain... Perhaps its that memory that it taps into as I get a smile when it starts to rain.

The ring in GT is about the most accurate digital version there is... The benefits of the creator racing on it every year I suppose.

I completely missed the GT academy demo. Was it good then? I assume it's the physics that make GT5 seem bad now?
The GTA demo was all about the physics.

And yes, it just lets(/feel) GT5 old. I found the GT5 physics to be extremely boring in comparison, especially the GT3 GTR in the demo was a blast.

still playing gt5 and i will be until Christmas.

I love the GT serious but lately i don't have money to just go out per-ording and buying new games. So ill wait a month to get it a little later. Maybe a good idea since a few patches may come out in that time.

...also waiting on gta5 until Christmas.

Yes, with my father in law. We are definitely waiting for GT6, but in the meantime...
Today we did an awesome 5 laps race in La Sarthe, damage, weather and all the stuff included.
We used to do this kind of races. It's amazing...

I make it online once a week or so and I'm usually disappointed by the quality of driving unless I can find a host on my friend's list or someone I know. I do drive offline a bit, refining my technique here and there in good cars on street and comfort tires. Got into the current TT as well, which is even better now that the hackers are off the leaderboards.

My play time has slowly dwindled down to almost nothing, even in the TT events. I can safely say that I have squeezed every last ounce of enjoyment out of GT5 that it has to offer me. Just waiting for 6 to come out now.

I stopped playing GT5 a fair while ago, due to most of my friends also losing interest in it. Though I do play it occasionally.

I have lots planned for GT6, so I'm just focusing on that now to try and make it a reality. :D

Everyday, i have to start up GT5 even if i dont race... it just soothe me to have GT music on the background...

I have dropped enough hints to my pregnant wife that my favorite game (after her) is the upcoming GT6...i am hopeful for my Christmas present, otherwise ill get on the 26th no matter what Lol.

I still play GT5 at least once a week. It's a very good game to rely on whenever I get bored of the latest game I'm playing/buying. I'm amazed at how well it's held up considering it's problems.

A bit suprising question. And saying that you know my answer. Just today I was thinking to play GT6 demo to compare GT5 physics.
WRC4 was promised to be in my mailbox last friday. Still not receiving it and it's monday.

Hadn't played much in a while since I can't seem to find the time to run any online series anymore because so many of them run too early in the day or on nights when I'm often occupied elsewhere. Not really any interest in offline racing because there's no challenge.

I still play almost daily, pre-2.15 I was playing daily for my beloved Supra hybrid, but now I'm just enjoying my RUF CTR2 and a few other older cars where I can in online rooms.

But I can tell everything is declining, I didn't find a decent Nurb' Track-day room at all yesterday (Sunday), there used to be like 4-5 on any given Sunday - probably GTA5 if anything.

Due to how little I've actually got left to do - endurance races and the Vettel challenges - I've really gotten burned out on GT5. Here's hoping that 6 reignites the spark.

GT6 is just around the corner. So are you just patiently waiting? Or are you playing GT5 so time goes by quicker?

I'm patiently waiting, I am completely bored with GT5. GT5 online also wont tolerate my internet connection, as soon as I join a room, I get disconnected, so that does not help.

I just find it boring, I see no point, so vague. Just looking forward to GT6 and hoping the same thing that we all are hoping. Hopefully I can re kindle my love of GT5 before GT6 is released.

So do you feel like me? Bored with GT5.

Or are you playing it like nuts, squeezing every last bit of juice out of it, before it sits in your games case and collects dust.
No I play almost every day.

Now that Grand Theft Auto has worn off some I find now I'm rushing to get everything done in GT5 before GT6 comes out!! I didn't realize that there are good cars I don't own, seasonals I haven't done and time's running out!

Still getting 2hr league races in every saturday, and practice sessions when I need to break in a 0/0/0 car I want use in those league events, but compared to 2010,11 & 12 I barely put in the hours on GT5 I used to. I definitely got my moneys worth for sure.

Just catching up on unfinished races (Formula GT), may do the SV Challenge :P
And I MAY, just MAY try the 24hr races..

I was a bit bored, then found a 500-550pp Nurburgring lobby full of brilliant, clean and fast racers who really pushed me.

I was using mostly stock setups but was keeping up and sometimes winning. Then I learned how to really set up the cars and was winning regularly. Absolutely brilliant and close racing.

Big shout out to..
