yea mixing tires doesnt give you too much control. i think controlling a drift is more important than initiating a drift.
*drools over avatar*ForcedInductionNOTE: mixing tires is not a good idea...i suggest going all sims or sports or even normal tires but NEVER mix tires
All i meant to say is i can drift just fine on all sims with my miata, it's just like my 86. But i prefere to have these tires because i can thrust my car right before the corner at a high speed then it slows down right before the corner and i can srill drift all the way through. It just feels so much better to me then just "controling the throttle" the whole way. I'd rather gas it, then controll the throttle, and gas it again. And for my last point though i mean no offense to those who use simulation tires, i use them on several of my own cars here a good point.lethalAE86typeRuh oh n00b alert! haha j.k fwdtamiya. well try using all sims. cuz my miata is sitting on sims. and i drift that as good as my other cars. well its also self-perference. but try all sims.

Hmmm... I stop drifting with simulation tire and it's very fast and no understeer with normal tires (and other tires too). Simualtion tire are for those who cant use real technique because simulation tires automaticly slide your cars. Normal tires require real drift technique ( Side (E-brake), Shift Lock, Power Over, Braking, Faint, Lift-Off (Accel Off).

I am not really a good drifter compared to you guys but after beating GT3 a few tiomes you have to do something else so now i am starting to drift and i gotta tell you after searching for settings you guys posted it has made me a good drifter but I still suck compared to you guys
WTF r u talking about* goes into his room and hides*Victor VanceYou're very funny nk4e... That's something I'd say
Victor VanceBump, and, Oh god, another 'Mister'.
the settings just helps out the car to drift, no matter what u caan't blame the settings if it doesn't work on ur wheel or not, just figure a way how to drift in themMister EI think these should be divided by what the guy uses, DS2 or DF. Some of Sheron's cars are nearly impossible to drift with a wheel... They always confused me. So I tried drifting with the DS2 and whoa, nice settings. The cars are set up for little input through out the turn. Get the car sideways, nail the gas, and you're done.
I'd like to see more of Cudaman's settings in here as well. They seem to work well with the wheel.

it does matter what tires u have so u have super softs and i think u have like 500+ hpJetkillri need to figure out how to make a damn Drift Video. Im pretty sure i can do a bunch of this stuff on the vids. Plus i drive a 240SX in real life and how to be drifting soon after some mods and when im outta college. it also shouldnt matter what tires you have. if the settings are good and ur car has enough power you can drift with the Super soft tires as well given you have to drive much faster through the course.
yea, you do have to have some hp to back it up, but if you enter a turn with a high rate of speed and a brake setup that favors the rear brakes (unlike a real life setup) then you can initiate a drift. Once the tires start to slip then you gass it and more so balnce it with the gas and the brake at the same time. Im using the DS2 so its a lot easier i believe than the wheel. Nice video by the way hehe. 👍nightkids4everit does matter what tires u have so u have super softs and i think u have like 500+ hp
