I have the disc version of DC and installed the bikes as an add on and it was fine and just linked to the disc version. Did you mean you are purchasing the whole lot as digital and not using the disc? or just the expansion? It sounds like you need to go in to settings and restore licences if this is the case or a quick call to the helpdesk or someone else may be able to help on here soon as you shouldn't have to delete the disc version 👍

I have the disc version of Driveclub installed on my PS4, I purchased Driveclub bikes from the PSstore and when I clicked download it said I need to delete the disc version from my system. So I'm unsure what to do now, I will see if I can add it from within the Driveclub game.

Weird. Did you buy the standalone version or just the add-on?

Hello. I'm a bit confused over here. There are various expansion packs on the PSN for DriveClub, among them is a seasonal pass. If only buying car packs, the price amounts a total of 44.1 pounds. But seasonal pass is only... I forgot, about 10 pounds? If I'll buy the seasonal pass, what will happen? Please help.

You'll get everything, go for it.

Yep, like @Jose Frias says, go for the season pass. It was always billed as the cheaper option, and has since had a sale price slapped on it.

I think may have bought the standalone version!
It's the only version I saw in the store ($29.95Aus)

Doh!!

Edit :
Yes I bought the standalone version which then tried to install but wouldn't because the disc version was already installed. I just loaded Driveclub then and the bike add on had already installed itself.

So if you want to add bikes the totally incorrect and most expensive way, do what I did!

Just watched a replay and to be honest, I'm not seeing this 60 FPS you guys were talking about. Might just be the replay though.

Also, anyone have a club above level 50? I just want an easy way to unlock some of the cars

Which 60 fps? That was for the VR prototype showed to the press. The bikes expansion is still the usual rock solid 30 fps.

Oh, I could've sworn I saw talk about the latest update increasing the framerate.

Well, I don't have the equipment for framerate measuring but my eyes are definitely not noticing any obvious difference with neither car nor bike gameplay. And I'd expect plenty of news and fanfare about it if they had actually managed to double the framerate (don't remember any console games opting for eg. 40 or 50 fps even if they have the rendering overhead for it - something technical about frame pacing or something to that extent. They either target 30, 60 or unlocked, with the last option probably not being good for racing games where consistency is crucial).

All clubs are still maxed at 50 - only the individual's level cap was raised. any car unlocks above that still need to be done by the individual, except the Peugeot RS 01: you can buy that one.

Well I kinda already did with the Renault R.S.01 . Its cars like the Zonda R and Bentley Continental GT that I need a club to unlock, though its abit of pain to know I have to do that :indiff:

Even with the Zonda R being the highest at club level 15 it's really no great grind or anything to get there. So anyone with a club up to 15 would do.

As I understand it, the 60FPS thing is done exclusively for when played with the Playstation VR, with reprojection boosting that up to 120FPS.

Has anyone tried online with the bikes yet? Seems to me from the career mode that ramming each other about the place won't be so easy for those who specialise in that kind of thing.

I haven't yet, but that's good to know for those (like myself) who despises being rammed by reckless players who just want to wreck you in order to win. ;)👍

Well, I hope they can't - I'm really just guessing as they don't really seem to collide with the same consequences as you can with a car in the career mode.

Anyway, private lobbies are up next week, so you will be fine either way.

Happens to me all the time. The races in career mode is very similar to the races online now. Dead serious.

I have spent a lot of time online with the bikes and while there are sore losers, most of the time, ramming - intentional or otherwise - tend to take place at the beginning of a race.

Surprisingly, I've had some really good clean and close side by side racing more often than not. Being smooth, fast and consistent will take you far longer than trying to ram others off the road. It's an utterly useless strategy and the main reason why I for once actually enjoy racing online.

For how small the bikes are, could be a possibly. ;)

Than we and most here are in trouble. Why must some folk ram to win? :nervous:

Yes, just saw that ! I'm @85%.

Question : how did you guys made your way to lvl 75 ? I purchased my PS4 + DRIVECLUB 1 month ago and now I'm lvl 61 but it's becoming really hard to evolve because :
- I got all 1035 stars (not willing into buying DC Bike at the moment because I also have Project Cars)
- I already made a lot of Accolades challenges
- I got the Platinum trophy of the game

It took me like 3 hours to go from lvl 60 to 61 only drifting and doing regular 1 lap races vs 11 opponents (thanks to Lamborghini 2x XP).

I don't really want to spend 3+ hours on each level :/

As it's a combination of XP and passing the challenge set by Evolution, I'm afraid you'll have to. Double XP will help and in between, focus on completing your accolades. In honesty though, you can't really expect to achieve in just over a month what it took most of us a year to get - just relax and enjoy the ride and be glad that the levels aren't as steep as GT5.

EDIT: Private LOBBIES!
