What I wouldn't do for a full GT3, GTE or LMP1 grid in Driveclub. Then again, we'd need the Nurburgring and Le Sarthe to go alongside such additions.

If you could change DC with one of this two options, Which would you choose?

1 - Replace all of DC tracks with only real world tracks like Le Sarthe (Everything else stays the same)

Or

2- Replace DC Physics engine with a true sims like assetto corsa (Everything else stays the same)

Yeah, I'm good with that option too. Enough other games do the other stuff and I really like the fantasy, normal-roads-in-the-normal-world type tracks

Same. Circuit racing gets stale quickly when you have the same few tracks in every game which is why I prefer the fantasy-with-some-realism road racing aspect of DC.

I know it's kinda inevitable that the servers won't be quite so lovingly maintained but jeez...been kicked off so many games tonight..in the lobby, car choice, middle of a race, it's happened more times tonight than all the times I've been playing this game.. If it's a server issue I guess they won't be in any rush to fix it !

Apparently, PSN's servers were acting up yesterday.

I think the GT-R was 'adapted' as were a few other performance cars so that they'd be competitive, or rather that the other cars in their class would remain competitive with them. It was the argument used for those who wanted the GT-R to be added, that the car would need to be capped in some way (that was general discussion by the way, not Evo saying that.)

DRIVECLUB VR will run at 60fps which will be upscaled. If the vanilla game will be patched - unknown.

Has anyone tried DriveClub VR? I've had a PSVR pre-ordered for a few months but I can't quite decide whether I should keep the pre-order or cancel it and jump on the VR wave a little later (if I cancel PSVR then probably starting with Google Daydream next year, although obviously not just for gaming as that will certainly be an inferior experience).

I'm kind of swinging back towards keeping my pre-order after the latest batch of glowing previews of DriveClub VR and other games.

Haven't had a chance to try VR anywhere unfortunately, except for Google cardboard on a 720p phone (horrendously bad image quality on such a low res screen, individual pixels look massive).

If Driveclub somehow gets update to work better (60 fps @ 1080p) on PS4 Pro and GT Sport will have much better visual settings I will probably get that console. Can't wait to see GT Sport running on that thing.

Sure thing. I've been away from DC myself in a road to S rank and get all missions' tasks from Metal Gear Solid 5 and driving around F1 tracks. But I have no plans to abandon the club or DC itself.
