Even better :D... I also completely forgot that they'd already released with the VR version, I haven't been following DC news too closely for the past few months now. :P
Yeah, i thought you'd been quite, just racing. Welcome back and looking forward to your pictures.

This is a nice surprise for a Bank Holiday Monday! Looking forward to the download finishing and jumping back into DRIVECLUB again for the first time in a few months.

All I need now is the update for Assetto Corsa to go live.

UPDATE
I just tried the new Indian track, Ashii I, which turned out to be one of the most fun white-knuckle drives I have ever had. Incredible! Half the corners are blind and you throw the car in and hope the road goes the right way. The top of the hill is unsighted then you explode down the other side.

Arghhhh, in work until 7pm plus the time it'll take me to download a 6gb file with me living in the middle of nowhere..might get it running by midnight !!:banghead::banghead:🤬🤬

Can't you get someone to fire up the PS4 now so that it updates while you are at work?

If it's any consolation, I have to go to work in a few minutes, so won't be back on the new tracks much before midnight either.

I use the internet connection of my smartphone and I hope to download 6GB in one night!!
Today it's an holiday, I want to try this tracks (even if they are engaged in the 4 elite level race) :dopey:

Played through all the new maps.... Driveclub, the only game that keeps on giving. :)

I always enjoy getting nice surprise add-ons for games. I bought the complete edition of DC a couple months back. I don't exactly love the game, but it's certainly an enjoyable arcade-ish racer that looks very nice and the complete ed gives you a ton of content for a nice price so it was well worth it. Never expected anything more to come, so some new tracks is a very nice bonus. :)

Are the new tracks ugly like DC VR or like regular DC. Also my 200GB monthly limit will suffer because of this and battlefield. 360p videos here I come.

PS4 needs an update, need to download the patch over night, have an exam on Thursday.

The excruciating wait for the weekend when I can hammer this update. ESPECIALLY JAPAN.

What the hell? I'm getting a "cannot download" on the 1.28 update. I only remember seeing that error once or twice before in the year or so I've had my PS4.

Preparing to download gets to 3%, then the error. I don't seem to have problems downloading other things.

... Ahh, it wanted more disk place. I hate it when 30 GB isn't enough for a patch :).

What a treat for us Driveclubers! 15 new tracks?

Oh boy, that's a perfect moment to jump back in DC, since I'm almost done with my MGSV journey. 3 more key dispatch missions and I'm done.

I just had a lap or two - including a few bike laps - around all the 15 new tracks (haven't done the reverse versions yet). I like most of them better than the Scotland town tracks we got a while ago, with India 3 and Chile 3 probably being my favourites.
The Norway tracks are the ones that feel most different from each other with least recycling of different paths through the same areas.

Now I'm once again contemplating whether I really should get DriveClub VR after all. But then I again can't help but remember how ugly the demo is. I'm sure I'll be wobbling back and forth on that decision for a while :).
