I watched some of those, but the color and lighting model seems different on those videos than on anything else. And they show a lot more aliasing and low res textures than seen on other videos.
Pre-ordered my Driveclub bundle for Christmas.
£359 with the game.

Im really confused at what you expected this game to be. I thought it was pretty obvious from the beginning it was going to be 75% arcade and 25% sim
It's not your fault but your going to have to use another vid because of the thumbnail.
Really? I got the impression that most people here accept that it'll be somewhere inbetween sim and arcade - the devs themselves have said it often enough. There are some here trying to tell me it will be the next driving sim. I am expecting it to be just another NFS arcade game with some pretty graphics...
DC Gives GT7 a run for it's money, PD will have to work hard to pass Driveclub's level of detail graphically.
What GT does amazingly is the lighting model. Environments are pretty bare, there's a lot of aliasing, unstable frame rates, but despite that I can spend hours just watching replays with the GT lighting model because it really looks great, replay angles are great, and the different replay camera angles per lap is a great touch.I don't think GT7 will look better than DC. .
So , finally , Rushy confirms that replays are coming to DC

And yet despite those issues (I'd call them outliers) GT still offers by far the most realistic looking lighting I have found in a race sim. If you don't agree, tell me which race sim you think offers more realistic looking lighting? What? GT's lighting model is utter garbage. On several tracks you can't see a thing in the dark, and on several others, the lighting completely craps out during dusk/dawn.
