I'm pretty sure Tony Gilham is a far better driver than John Thorne. But as ever I'm happy to be proven wrong.
I think of it quite like the Chris James - Dave Newsham partnership. Except without Thorne spouting his mouth on twitter.

NEWSHAM!!! Woo. I'm so chuffed he held on for the win. Not to meantion he's from Inverness like me which made it so much sweeter to watch!! :D

What about poor Andrew Jordan? :P

Not sure this was posted before, I know the first interview has been posted, but here's the second one with Robb Holland talking about driving the Civic for the first time in testing.

Interesting to hear about the "Dynamic Rear Toe" on the Civic. Never knew about that before! 👍

I'm patiently waiting for the post-Snetterton race interview, should be interesting!

Late last year, there was a proposal to build a circuit near Ebbw Vale in Wales, one that could host the likes of the BTCC, WTCC and MotoGP. The project needed two hundred million pounds, which is a big ask, but it appears that the developers have raised enough capital to make the project viable, and details of the "Circuit of Wales" have been released, including an artist's impression of the layout:

I'm not sure if it's the final design, though.

So, Knockhill this weekend! Who's going to get the most air this weekend? Of all the tracks on the BTCC calendar, Knockhill is the one I look forward to the most just for shots like this:

and racing like this:

If there is any track that would instantly improve the WTCC, its this one! Just looking at the circuit map, it looks incredibly simple and short, but its such a unique and fun circuit to watch drivers way over the limit, monstering the kerbs, sliding the cars and braking completely on the limit.

I'll be trackside for this one (Been going since 2007) and I can't wait :D.

Rob Austin is skipping Knockhill but is hopeful of having sorted turbo issues with the A4 and have good funding for two cars for the final three races of the season.

Just hear tonight that we have entered the youngest person ever to race in a Scottish saloon championship at 16 years and 4 days :D bring on the tv coverage!

Thats John Clelands BTCC monster, now owned by Jim Pocklington, who fully restored it. It's the one Cleland used to race back in the day :-D

Awesome to see Paul O'Neil straight on the pace and congrats to Aron Smith for his best qualifying position! 👍
Should be a fun first corner as Collard is going to get a great start with the RWD.

Nice to see Aron Smith so far up the order

I expected Sheds to qualify higher than that, but he can win from 6th, no problem

Collard will almost certainly lead into the first corner
