Had some fun at Rome with the Fiat 500 '68 tuned to 450 PP :)

Which Elise 111R tune did you to get gold with? I couldn't see the dedicated SH tune so did you use the SS version and put some SH tyres on it? Goods wins too for the seasonal events.

411PP is a very good win indeed. thats way under the PP limit. Very impressive.

It is on the list of cars which I have to work on. Not finished as yet, not yet started really but it will be done sometime in GT6 life span :)

I am struggling with the Briitish one. I think I need to get rid of the Rocket Car for the rabbit. I stand no chance in my Tamora 02 against that thing. Same question for you as I asked Chris? Which 111R Tune were you using to get gold in this one?

Oh yes, the exhaust is great on this car. It can fit the Eurostar train through it. :)

All cars have been updated I think which you guys have told me about. Thanks a lot.
I used the Lotus Elise 111R from P128 +3812 and took the lead i the end af lap 3 usede the tune with SS but changede to SH an nothing more

A real pilot car. Balanced on the edge of Stable/Unstable. Push too hard into a corner and it will smoke the rear tyres, get the corner entry right and you will glide round effortlessly. A real pleasure to drive when everything goes right.

@shaunm80 ive been using the type 72 I've been working couldn't catch the rocket rabbit either and I was lapping the last two cars each time. The problem with the rocket rabbit is its 3/4 way through sector 3 by the time we hit the starting line while 2nd place is just about half way through sector two.

Best lap time on 400PP Tsukuba season was a 1.06.300 with this tune. It isn't perfect for this track but it should work on other tracks in GT6 fairly well.

The best thing about this particular car is that it should be very cheap to tune. I used the Abarth 500 '09 which I won from the Sierra special features. This car was gathering dust in my stock garage but it has since been revitalised into this. The car which they give you has a lot of tuning parts already applied and with a full range of tyres.

Hey @shaunm80

This puppy and I had a blast at yesterday's Italian seasonal.. Not the fastest but it held it's ground in the cornering department.

Fun car to drive nonetheless.

I finally got gold on the British Seasonal Event. Took me a few goes but finally nailed it with the Rocket Car '07 (600PP SS) tune detuned to 520PP with SH tyres on it. Easy win in the end.

You have to have your lotus 72 tune really honed for this track if you get the win on this one. That Rocket Car rabbit is a little too fast in my mind and if you go wrong once in any car (other than the Rocket itself), you will be 2nd. Thats what I have learnt anyway.

Ah yes, the fiery little italian number. I liked this car, very fun car to dive into corners with.

The Lotus Esprit was one of the fastes 500 PP cars at GT5 but now no matter witch setup i tried she show me only the potetial to be a good drift car

Drift car yes... racing car.. not quite so much. I have to agree with you totally on that. I have a 500 and 550PP version sitting in my garage waiting for my attention but I haven't been able to tame this car as yet.

Two Alfas together. How nice is that. The MiTo is a nice little car, Very powerful for an economical car too.

Is it just me or do the seasonal A-spec seem like just timed events with moving obstacles on the track?
Definitely in these cars/event range. Why give them such a big head start? I miss the old days of grid starts when the AI would block you legitimately and make you work your way past them. The old AI were also much faster. No car should be able to gain nearly 1 minutes on a equally faster car in only 5 laps. Unless its the Ayrton F1 car vs a Honda NSX or something like that. In that scenario, it would actually be possible.

I watched the reply of the British one they are driving at the same speed as they do in the B events super slow, carefully and calculated turns and braking, on average I was 5-15 seconds faster per sector unless I flubbed a turn

That sounds about right with the timings then. Did you manage to get gold yet with your Lotus or did you have to switch cars in order to get gold?

This car is a very good tune to use for the British Expert Class seasonal event. Detune to 520PP, drive the nuts of this thing and you should get a very enjoyable win. Oodles of grip, excellent brakes and a lot of speed.

After purchasing the original 250 GTO, I decided to revisit this tune and see what I could do with it. I realised the original tune had lost some of its potency and I have tried to make this a little more competitive. Throttle control is required on some corners but it should have a good feeling to it when driving.

Using your always awesome setup, this car overpowered the ai cars with no problems & plenty of power to spare. and yes, the tires did go a little red in the corners & got the gold on the 2nd attempt. thanks, mate. cheers tc.

Not sure what seasonal this was for, but it was a very easy win at the Italian Festival. The tune is 450pp and I used the default comfort soft tires.

Edit: I used ABS1 only since the tune didn't specify TC1 :) The same tune is good at 415pp. A clean race was required over multiple attempts, but still managed a 1:30 average lap time at 415pp. Bravo again, sir. Bravo 👍

I have not gotten gold yet but have been very busy last couple of days Turing my house in to a winter wonderland glow fest. Only out 8000 lights left the other 3000 in a tub  no place to put them, err ran out of time.
I will give the seasonal another go after I time zone myself back to a 5 day bonus.

So far, I have got gold with the Rocket Car '07 and the McLaren MP4-12C. The Tuscan Speed 6 is also very close to a gold tune for me as well. It is a very demanding seasonal event PD have given us. The lights sound pretty good, Nice to go all out at Christmas time. Have fun with the seasonal events when you get back to 200%.
