@shaunm80

ATM, the TK ZZII tune (page 9) - Seasonal - Best Lap 2:00:773 (sloppy lap)

Perfectly capable of 1:59 or in a better driver 1:58

The car fits perfectly, just a small understeer due to the 4WD system, need less acceleration on cornering...

I got gold with this car with a 2.03.397 just cruising around, keeping it on the track. I also got gold (just) with the Lambo Aventador '11. A better driver may get a great time out of that car, it likes to slide but that can really make up time in the quick corners if you keep it threaded down the eye of the needle so to speak. Great set of seasonals actually, even the drift events were a little tricky today :)

Why i'm not surprised ? The best lap time at the Red Bull event i did with the Lambo Miura '67 :) This Car is almost so old as me and realy fast

Haven't done the drift yet, is it different?

That car is epic. Old things rule! :)

It is easier than some of the other drift events PD have given us recently. They are fairly fun (for about 5 mins), then you just get a little bored and move on. :dopey:

Thanks for the tunes, I'm a beginner drifter, I used both your tunes for both of today's seasonal drift events and golded both.

Well done on getting gold in the drift tunes. Glad my tunes are working for you. What other cars do you like to drive in GT6? If I can think of any tunes which may be of use to you from my garage, I can always point you in the right direction if you'd like.

Well, when I used to play a lot at the beginning, each time I try a new event I'll buy a car that qualifies and look for a tune. I still do that, I was collecting quite a few cars and can finally use them now that I'm back playing, especially the seasonals.

I do admit I suck at drifting, any other drifting cars do you recommend for practice?

It is a long list but the cars below are the ones which I think are easiest to drift in and easy enough to control. Other thread contributors will probably agree with me on that one. The new BMW M4 drift tunes are epic and really easy to drive.

I just finished grinding earlier today to buy this car. I hope it's worth the hard earned credits. I've read a lot of good things

You won't regret buying this car. It is still one of the great cars in Gran Turismo. You'll enjoy this one.

@LordJCS - You are definitely an alien on these seasonal tunes. 1.35.5xx with no driving aids? Very good time indeed!

I'm no alien. Well... at least not here. But to some other organism in the far regions of space i might. :sly:

That Miura and i seem to work quite well together.

It's fast but it like to slide the tail but it's easy to control
I tried this car and it seemed very slidy to me. I don't recall making a pilot car but it appears to be a little tail happy with me at times.. It is okay now in my hands but I will definitely try and make it a little more planted in the rear at some point.

Oh yes, the 4WD Toyota.. That car is a blast, I think the rear wing helps keep all those raging horses in check when you put your thumb down in 1st and second gear. I like that car for what it can do.

I would disagree with that based on the timings and the drift scores that you achieve. You always beat me hands down in the seasonal events and Im not ashamed to admit that one.

I will try those drift tunes :)

Definitely try the Ferrari drift tunes, they usually have a race tune which goes on the same car so you will probably get a 2 in 1 sale when you try the Ferrari drift tunes. :)

@LordJCS and @cbarbosa - At some point in the future, I will have a gift car for you both to pay you back for the time that you gave in the recent FITT challenge. It isn't tuned by myself but by a guest tuner who was also involved in the competition. He is doing me a big favour with this as I am lacking in time right now but you will still get a car from myself personally when requested. :)

Have a look at the drift Aventador... I have a feeling you'll like it... ;)

Lovely car indeed... I really like when forgotten cars have a great tune to go along... 👍

1.39:5 with the Miura with only the power parts installed :), gold with your 458 Italia, and 1.40 with my GT by Citroen. I like where this is going with the Miura. Also, have you done a tune for the NSX-R Concept '01? I thought you did one, but I didn't label the tune. Maybe it was mine, I can't remember. It's very fast (and cheap) if I'm mistaken and it wasn't your tune

I don't recall buying this car as yet. It must be a tune from someone else on that car. I did a NSX-R LM Road Car tune but not the concepts as yet. The Ferrari 458 tune is nice, that car is competitive across a lot of power ranges.

Have a look at the drift Aventador... I have a feeling you'll like it... ;)

I try to find good cars which have been long forgotten. I am nearly at 20 million credits again which means that I will be purchasing the second 20 million Ferrari in a few weeks time. Happy days :)

I tried the Aventador drift tune for the seasonal yesterday, was fun lol :P

I'll definitely try the Ferrari ones next :)
Excellent, Give it some time and you'll become quite good at these drift events. I can usually get gold within 5 goes for difficult events and for the easy ones, on the first or second attempt. I aren't the best drifter out there so if I can do them, anyone can :)

You have been busy. Lotus sure knew how to make great british sports car. I really appreciate all the testing and reviews you do for this thread. Thank you for all the time that you put in. :)

All lists for the last two weeks seasonal events have been updated. Great work done by all of you guys for trying out these tunes and letting me know which are gold tunes.

:D a little bit... The Lotus is amazing and the TVR is also winning material... Still have a few more to test/review... :)

No, thank you Shaun, for making the game still fun for me with great tunes!

Hey @shaunm80 ..

Before i set my 1:35.5xx at the latest seasonal yesterday, i used your 550pp (regular)BMW M4(changed to SH and a slight tweak on the LSD) and set a solid 1:36.8xx. It's plenty fast.

The time i got before the minor tweak was 1:37.187 so it's definitely capable to get the job done as is

Just wanted to let you know that the M4 is a sure way to get gold.

This Nissan GT-R '07 is also fast at the 4WD Suzuka Event . I installed a Rear Wing and the high rpm turbo to reach 600 PP :)

Just picked up a PS4 with Drive Club and the Crew :) Also got PS+ as well now which means I can get access to lots of good free content. Do not worry though, I shall not abandon you yet, not till GT7 gets released on the PS4 at least.

I do will have at least 5 tunes for you all by next Tuesday to publish for GT6 however and more to come.
