Extreme STOCK F1 World Championship Season1 (postponed until further notice)

Hey guys spoke to Pablo last night hes out of the country on business and hes not sure when he'll be back. Unfortunately the championship is postponed until further notice! he assures me that hes trying to get back asap.
 
So How about that 2nd place trophy of mine that hasn't come yet, why didn't you talk to him about that, tell him to Fed EX it next time! I'm not going to start any races until it comes, and I will sit down protest in the middle of the racetrack. :lol:

I'm still waiting for my Trophy (from last year). I dont know if its his evil twin brother that murdered him that is logging in with his PSN or if he's just hiding from me (because I will park my car across the chicane during the races until it comes. :sly:)
 
Hi Guys yes sorry I was long time not there, Iam back now I think I can stay now, I send in the next days your trophys guys, Yes would be are good to start the league very soon when you guys have time we can make sunday a small practice race in suzuka or apricot hill raceway
 
I have drive yesterday the FGT with setup i have noticed it have much lower grip you guys have noticed this that the car have much lower grip now?
 
1:04 update changed physics of MR cars and 4WD cars also changed the brakes again do if will seem like you have less grip with a old setup if you adjust you're setup it will feel more like it was before
 
ok I have test in Stock also it have really to low grip in STOCK sadly I think we must make with setup allowed
 
I haven't been in the Formula GT in over a month, so I dont know. I've only been racing Red Bull cars and the Delta wing. I'm interested in what happened to the FGT though, does it drive more like the old FGT from GT5 or just like the GT6 version with lower downforce?

The Grip is much lower now and the brakes are like in GT5 again,
The FGT in Stock now have lower Grip than the STOCK FGT from GT5 its incredible different now
 
I wouldn't say it drives like the gt5 version, I'd say it's weird it's just like a general lack of grip even with full downforce on it could be something to do with the physics
 
Yes sky its incredible strange the physic 5 WC Drivers have test today on STOCK it was almost not possible to drive.
Also with full DF and Setup its no grip I dont understand why the GT6 Chief make this strange update.

The times in STOCK FGT in GT5 are in Suzuka 1,7 sec faster than the setup FGT in Suzuka
 
Tire wear was incredibly bad too on stock. Whatever happened to the "super soft" tires from Gran Turismo 4.... would like to see those back. How friggin hard is it for them to have race mediums that last 20 laps and race softs that last 12 laps and Super softs 5 laps.... Its cant be rocket science to add basic things like tire wear and camber effect so were not using zero camber on all cars and reverse setups that defy all logic.

I haven't tried it yet with the FGT but I know on the delta wing and all GT3 cars after your first pit stop on the 2nd set of tires your grip level drops by around 5% and it adds around 1.5 secs a lap. Its been like that obviously since release but I dont think it affects the FGT or red bull cars... I'm not holding my breath but the next update is monday.
 
Yeah the pit stop tyre bug will make you run 1.5 seconds slower than when you start the race after your first pit stop that's been a real issue since the game was released.
Makes it very hard to set a car up for a long distance race.
The camber bug is on all cars it's only way you can get any sort of grip level to do a fast lap.
 
Yes Guys lets really hope that after the update the physic change very much and that car feels like a real F1 car fast in the corners, Yes the we need the Senna car but I think he make it bad because on the old F1 Days the cars was very fast on the straight but in the corners it was not that fast like today in the F1 maybe he make very low Grip in the car.
 
Good point Pablo but anythings got to be better than the FGT at the moment :)
maybe we should do 1 more big race before the servers are shut down in the F10
 
I think the FGT feels better in GT6.

We could try the Red Bull standard, or the junior. At least until they finally release the Lotus 97t
