So I did some tests on Tokyo East loop in GT Sport again to see if the patch improved straight line stability on the CSL Elite, and I'm glad to say that it has. Only a very slight twitching in Gr1 cars and some mild but manageable pulling at 300+mph in the SRT Tomahawk Tech. I'm actually starting to think that it's supposed to be a bit twitchy on Tokyo, since it seems to happen on the road joints.

Can't wait for full support, but performance in purple mode now is hardly anything to complain about.

The on center issue wasn't really there until v1.05 and it pretty much feels the same to me in new update. Dialing back SPR setting and FFB Sensitivity in game helps a bit.

Well, just wanted to announce i made quite a purchase this black Friday :). Not sure when i am getting things though as it said shipped on 11/27 but i have not received tracking number as of yet.

*CSL elite ps4
*CSL elite wheel P1
*Clubsport pedals inverted
*Clubsport shifter

With this setup i should be plug and play on my PS4 Pro and Xbox One X. Also picked up Forza Horizon 3 ultimate, Forza 7 ultimate, F1 2017, Dirt 4 all on xbox. Everything but Dirt should have some nice 4k support.

I ordered the CSL Elite PS4 on the 20th, it was shipped the 21st and I have yet to receive the tracking number. For the $178.50USD they charged for shipping and handling, I must say, I'm not impressed.

That sucks. I'm in Florida, mine shipped day after order # tracking same day.

I also placed an order on the 24th, and did not receive tracking info for that one either. According to a guy I race with, who also lives in Canada, you normally receive your shipment and then receive the tracking info after. Complete bs for a company to care so little about their customers. Might be the first and last time I order from Fanatec.

I have a question for anybody with a CSL and the Formula rim.
Do the rev lights and display work in pcars 2 and GT sport in compatibity mode?

In PJC2 in blue mode (the supported one) it works but it is wrong. The rev lights don't match correctlly the cars.

Sam as GT in compatibility mode, but a little better. I have the Carbon F1, may be different (but I don't think) with the F1

Contact Fanatec. Why are you posting this here? You ordered a product from Germany from a very small company that was flooded with a huge amount of orders. Give them some time. And at the very least let them know if you have concerns.

I put in my order for the CSL PS4 right before it was officially available in the US. And it was shipped in a perfectly reasonable amount of time.

Ordered on the 24th shipped 27th. Got an email from Fed Ex on the 26th saying they received pickup request, got tracking number on the 27th. Everything shipped from California and is arriving on Dec. 1st.

Thanks! Do you see the speed/gear in the digital display?

I wonder if a direct drive will be available for console?

Yeah hasn't worked for me either just wanted to check. He mentioned "On PJC2 and GT the Gear only, that works fine."

I believe Fanatec is doing its best to have the games support the wheel. But on 30 October Fanatec said it would be there in a few weeks. It’s december now...don’t understand why either polyphony or Fanatec just give the people a date? Hopefully it will come with the big December GT update and pcars2 3.0.

With a large corporation like Sony involved it really isn't up to PD or Fanatec to disclose future updates unfortunately. I am really hoping support will be added in the December update as well but I am sure they will get it finished as soon as they can.

Hi,

Has anyone experienced a situation where the wheel rim does not "fit" into the feel base? I mean.. i just got myself CSL bundle and as I am trying to finish the setup by attaching the wheel rim to the base it does not get deep enough so I cant screw it as the screw hole of the wheel rim and of the base are no aligned.. it shoud go like 2-3mm deeper to get it in place, but it just doesn't go... I really can't figure out what is the reason as the system itself is very simple.. there are really no moving parts that could block it... all the pins seem to be stable ( I even tried putting a peace of paper in between to see if all the pins connect with the base and paper was punctured by all the pins so it seems that all the pins are going into connector...I'm really out of ideas and getting kinda frustrated...

If any of you have had similar problem and have solving I would GREATLY appreciate any help! :)

I just installed mine and it fit perfect. There is a groove at the top of shaft and the screw whole is 180 degrees on the shaft from the groove, so directly below the groove. Is that how you installed the rim?

Yeah, that is the only way to get the wheel rim in. for me it just doesn't go deep enough so when the wheel is "at it's place" I can see only about half of the screw of the base.
