Starting with quali at 8pm BST Wednesday 12th October 2011 I am planning on running a 15 lap race at Autumn Ring followed by a 10 lap race at Cape Ring.

There are only a few restrictions;

No assists except ABS at 1.

No F1 type or Vettel cars.

Sports hard tyres compulsory.

That's it really, any BHP, any driveline layout, any weight, any downforce, any tuning you want. Anything, as long as it's wearing sports hards.

Told you it was simple.

Cheers, Zolon.

Oooops, sorry about that, the chaps I usually race with never use it, or penalties for that matter, so they slipped my mind.

.............................I think I'll have no damage and no penalties. I can't give a particularly good reason except to say that I've always got along fine without them.

Unfortunately the usual crew do (nearly) always race on racing tyres, usually soft, and I much prefer a car to move around a bit.

Cheers, Z.

That would be a brave choice, although I'll be using 2WD myself. When I have done this previously most people run hypertuned 4WD jobs, it makes for an interesting comparison.

CC570, would you be up for it if damage and or penalties were on? I don't mind either way.

Dan, if you have any input about that issue please feel free.

Cheers, Z.
