The idea is to pile on the pressure, kind of adds to the drama At least you only have a few people watching you, we should swap some time. Smithaz and yourself are unknown quantities at Indy so I hope your not faster than Spurgey or I will have my hands full trying to get on the podium!

I'm lazy, havent been practicing at all in the FGT. The only time I drove was the 10 laps I did that one day in your room. I've just been racing with my friends in the Red bull/Ferrari F1s.

I will have to run some laps hardcore & get the hang of it. I like the FGT series though, its a gem.
This thread appears to be dead. Nobody wants to do these, they want to do classic cars now.

Good that you havent been practicing I may beat you. I am averaging roughly 8 tenths off Spurgey in open air so I should be top 5 at least and if I can out think you guys in the strat maybe better. Its a real tricky course in the FGT though so maybe you should take a few more laps before the race mate. I love the FGTC and have decided I will try and run a 3rd season, the Classics are a good test of slower car control but nowhere near the drama of the open wheelers.

Yay im up for a 3rd season, the classics are fun but im no good at them. I much prefer a pedal to the metal thrash in the FGT rather than tip toeing round in the Ford, too scared to put the power down. I still like it though

I had a few ideas for another championship,
Ferrari F1's, classics, LeMans, TC but the classics havent been done before (to my knowledge). The FGT is still IMO the hardest car to drive fast in the game, it is overpowered and under downforced. When you beat 12-15 other people in the FGTC you breath a sigh of relief that you made it and have a big smile that you guided this rocket ship in for the big win. (at least thats what I do)
