i know the feeling, 3 maths exams this week :nervous:. i'm gonna revise now, watch GP then back for GT1's. Whatta plan , cya all later, im getting off my arse to do some work :P

I've got 2 this week and 1 next, +2 History and 1 chemistry. :(

But I get a week off after which means I have a 2 week half term. :D

Why, oh why, did the time have to be switched to 1 hour earlier? 👎

Just saying, FIN-USA begins in an hour from here, so I can't watch the whole game before the race...

Wow, I'm surprised that Dax is fighting against dirty driving yet he constantly keeps trying to force me off the road, claiming to not having to give space. That's really, really pathetic, just another RP saying he won't adapt to other people's lines... I once had him block as soon as I was making the move on the straight, that's only deliberately causing a danger.

Before you go and oppose dirty driving, you should learn racing manners yourself, mmkay?

Quote from the ORL:

C:
If sufficient overlap is established before the turn-in point, then the behind driver has the right to sufficient side room. The ahead driver must also leave sufficient side room for the behind driver. This means that each driver has a right to their respective "line", or side of the track, right up to the exit point. Neither driver should squeeze the other toward the inside or outside of the corner during the apex or exit.

Carb, I have incredible understeer towards the end, my tyres were completely gone, and you are trying to force your way around the outside of me.

And from your ORL quote, you were behind me for the majority of it, on my outside. It is YOUR responsability to keep the pass smooth, not mine. I can keep my line, you have to pass ME, I don't have to let you through.Cheers for pushing me off of the tracks as well when we were following Seven.

I would like to direct you to the OP where it says, keep it in the PM's also.

I accidentally did that to you aswell Carb, in my horribly understeery no setup Aston, after the hairpins to last corner didn't realise you were there moved across to the line and felt a wobble and was like 🤬. After that I made sure nothing was alongside before moving over.

Race was crap from my view, no setup on the Aston due to real life so I struggled with lots of understeer in the 1st stint. The race start was terrible aswell the leader went well before the line. (Around 100-150m before the line) And people were just generally too close to the guy infront and the guy behind me in a silver SLR kept ramming me all the way round 👎. Its supposed to be your front end behind the rear of the guy beside you (For e.g 5th 6th) not your front ends nearly side by side...

2nd stint was better with me delliberatly power sliding a bit to wear the rears more to save the fronts. This seemed to help me as I was catching the pack ahead of me quite nicely even with my crappy setup car. Unfortunatly when I passed gokart I slid a bit too much and the rear caught the grass losing me 20 seconds and ruining all my hard work to catch the 5th place pack.

Generally the battling was good on my end and id happily race again, this time ill setup the damn thing.

Edit: Rolling start example at indy.

I'd rather see a steward (or anyone from outside the battle) show his viewpoint on this, instead of having Dax going all defensive and thinking that because I was slightly behind, the OLR rule wouldn't take place.

Post up the replay to youtube (Dax has a PVR) and I'll take a look. 👍 If not I won't, no worries.

Can I have the preliminary race result to do the table? Thanks. :)

Right thanks a lot. If any of those aren't correct I can quickly change the table so no worries. :)👍

Well you were slightly behind me, I am taking my line. What else can I do? I am giving it as much lock as I can to keep the car in check, I cannot make my car dissappear!! What else can I do? Make my car jump over yours? I really don't think you understand how much understeer I had and the fact that I don't have to move as it was MY line!

You gave me and Seven a fair amount of shoves and pushes, especially under braking in the 1st corner and in the rest of the 1st sector.

What else can I do?

Take it more easily and allow me to keep my line...

Honestly there's no way you can justify the hit in turn 2, where you hit me partially into the grass, resulting in lots of dirt on my tires which caused tremendous oversteer all the way to the 4th corner. You should have known that it was your duty to slow down after that kind of incident. No matter what kinds of glasses you have, you can't make that look even remotely clean.

In addition, yes, I missed my braking point in the 1st corner which made Seven go wide - however, notice how I gave up the spot immediately in the next turn? Well, there was obviously an extremely childish push involved too, but at least I realized when I broke the rules and had to give up a little.

You expect me to go slow and let you through?? I don't think you understand. I was taking my line, and you try to overtake me. I am understeering, doing the best I can to keep my car on track, and you are constantly trying to go around my outside. I CANNOT MAKE MY CAR DISSAPEAR, AND I NEED TO MAKE THE CORNER MYSELF. Not very clever. I didn't have to let you through just because your tyres were better than mine, and I was just taking my lines on the track. Not once did you ever try to go up my inside apart from the time in the 1st sector where you ended up pushing ME off of the track.

👍
Same as last time.

I am not uploading it again, it takes up my whole evening. Why don't you just watch the replay?
