Low 1:22's on Sports:Med with a decent pace, but when the tires warm up and the planets align, I'm in the high 1:21's.👍

I still have a little more work to do on corner exit when launching in 2nd. Seems to be a little hit and miss on the grip.:banghead:

Just tried SM, 1:23s flat, still with 56/44 weight distribution, standard brakes, general tendency to push with sluggish 2nd and 3rd gear :(

The Spirra already beaten the Genesis from the up hill section ( first few corners ), at least on my cars. The spirra has less HP, but also lighter and more torque.

Watching @OdeFinn video, it does look like that car would be fun to drive...especially with a wheel! Might give it a go tomorrow, but I'm pretty happy with the Genesis...and it took me less than 8 hours to tune!:dopey:

8 hours  Does that mean 7+ hours :P I spent about 30 minutes tweaking already setup Genesis, trying stiffer springs/damper and see how the car react. The gear ratio taken from the Spirra do not work well on Genesis, and the heavy nose  I do not use turbo, so NA approach. It's a curiosity that lead me to try the Genesis, and the front toe in from the replica works here.

My Spirra did 1:21s on SM in 1st lap :P and it's still quirky when treated badly

Indeed fun to drive, after you have sorted out rear traction on/off problem with swinging rear mass. I got it pretty quickly on balanced state what allows smooth slides without sledgehammer swing on rear. Like said it's now driven half hour, ~15 laps and it needs finishing to get 90% controllable rear to 100% control, missing 10% is 5/5% polishing turnability and slide control edges, maybe doing gearbox..

Pita on hot corner entry's if balance fail, luckily I'm with my tune on point where it won't bite on hot entry's. Underrated car, maybe tweaking it to comparable 500pp online car.

Run the Spirra stock with only change to SM's tyres. Car turns in well but backend loves to come round. Looking forward to seeing how you tuners dial this out.

Once I settled into a rhythm got her into the mid 1:25's with a best of 1:25.309

Edit:

Took the Genesis out stock with the only change being to put SM's tyres on. She's alot more stable than the Spirra with a slight hint of understeer, the back will step out but only if the loud pedal is pushed to hard out of the slow corners. Run constant low 1:28's high 1:27's with a best of 1:27.600

I did another couple of laps with the Genesis, looking for more grip from damper and ARB, still running same stiff springs, same gear ratio from Spirra (except final drive ), essentially same car that did 1:23s flat on SM with revised damper and rear ARB ( running a few slow pace laps ). Using slower Spirra ghost at mid 1:22s, managed to beat it on 1st lap by 2 tenths with a slow exit on the long circular right going up hill and some wheelspin on last turn getting too excited not to be passed by Spirra ghost :P

EDIT : Posted the car with replay of the lap on my garage, it's not an entry for this event, but feel free to use it as ghost.

Oh 🤬

After a half hour of throwing wrenches at it... It is a handful, but great fun.

The 500PP based on the old tune from Difficult Car Spotlight, I made little changes for Autumn Ring Reverse and SM tire.

Tested at Autumn Ring Reverse, grip real, time 14:00, no assists, SM, managed 1:21s on 1st lap, with some some places that can be improved as I didn't really aggressive on some of the curbs and some slow section :P

Replay included

:boggled: Looks like a fun challenge sir.
Wish I could join. Sadly these two cars escaped me when I was tuning so don't have anything to pull from the garage.

Wait till you run your 10 test laps in mine, you'll beat my time by hitting those apexes I missed.:mischievous:

Long story short.. Make notes, do backups, remember what you're doing..

Soon posting final tune for Spirra, not what it was but close, destroyed excellent wingless setup accidentally, got frustrated and did one with wing. All I can say, it had perfect gearbox until.. Grin..
It was quick and kinda easy to drive, well now it's easy and kinda quick, same thing?

2nd "version" of tune, positive thing for AT drivers, using transmission what suits them too..
..If they just remember on 2nd gear turns be ready or brake gently or on straight line. :)

Easy, fun, "hybrid" from original what I was making. Now I'll start get miles on odometer at Nordschleife, good luck to testers and others who might try out this.

Edit: fixed typo on Brake Bias, 6/6 => 7/6.
Go ahead and fix it. Its a simple typo and testing hasn't officially started yet, so your fine.

All of today's tunes are added, thank you everyone. At this rate, we might be able to start testing early

I knew the Genesis was a bit of an underdog(hence the PP bump), but I didn't realize that gap was so big. If the results are as night and day as it seems they are going to be, I'll split the time podium and have each model ranked separately.

@sinof1337 don't know are testers using brake bias as is, but anyhow there is typo on my tune, there reads 6/6 bias and it should read 7/6. If it's used as is then can't do a thing, but if it's suggestion to testers then may I change it to correct value?

Hunting sub 9min at Nurb V, noABS, wear fast, all real, friend got his Camaro under after several races (8:58.9xx), I just got stuck on flat 9 min.. :(
