Dubai is astonishing, I’ve flown in and out of there over 20 times in real life on my visits to Thailand and what Orbx have done rendering the city is brilliant, it’s only 4 quid (ish) which is a fiver in Top Gear maths…worth every penny

After Dubai I fancied a change of scenery so I took the Spitfire across northern Italy to Venice.. Just. Because. I . Can. Fly the entire planet is still astonishing to me..I’m spending a quite frankly insane amount of hours in this Sim..luckily my wife loves it too as she gets the TV and Netflix to herself 😅

I think one of my favourite things to do in the game is to fly 2000-3000 feet above roads I’ve driven in real life. Last week I drove to Germany using roads I usually don’t take, and flying those same trips in FS just has a certain allure to it. Amazing feeling when you end up in the same place in the game, recognizing random “landmarks” along the way.

Absolutely. I haven't been to Benalmadena on the Costa Del Sol since I separated from my ex-wife, so for me to be able to fly out of Malaga airport and down the A7, up into the hills of Mijas Pueblo and back down towards Calahonda way was reconnecting me with a piece of my heart. Powerful stuff from your gaming device.

Yep ditto, still blown away by it all. Makes me gasp sometimes, litterally steals my breath.

It's the fact that many of my flights have been under 2000ft. Only just started going higher, the fact that you want to be under 2000ft is testament to how fantastic it all looks...

Quite how i can do it on a gtx 1060 i dont know, but i cant wait to get a 'better' graphics card.

Been on a binge... expensive when i'm used to sim racing mods largely for free. But worth it.
Hands down, spitfire, msfs.... best experience in gaming ever....

That P-38 is incredible! My wish list, growing longer. I'm kind of hoping someone does a Mosquito and I hope it's Flying Iron that does it.

Anyone get this thing where some of the map is different colour to the other bits? Assume its a bing issue as its on the big map of the world as well.

Annoying as it where i mainly fly.

Left is like autum right is green.

This plane is wonderful BTW. Looks like a cartoon, but flys great.

Makes sense when you can look inside from the outside and it provides nice opportunities for shots of your plane at the gate, runway, etc. from the inside like a real passenger/plane spotter. And at least, if you don't mind just don't mind. Not everything has to be sth for everyone 🙃
