World Super GT Championship. GT500/GT300 series. In my opinion, the best there is. Cant wait for Season 3.
Nice to know even the best learn from the rest.

First off, great race tonight guys. Forced dominated as I expected. Really wish Outlaw didn't have his problem with the room because my battle at the end would have been even more exciting as it would have been for the final podium spot. Needless to say when Brosif and Egg come back that room is going to be bonkers!
@ ketiux: because fitftw had issues with his DLC and didn't make tonight's race, you can take his spot, which is the only one available at the moment.
Seriously, I really don't know if I want to continue. I really need to think about this and I'll have an answer by mid-week.
Despite being last in div 1 must say I thoroughly enjoyed this. It's a privilege to share the track with you guys. Hopefully I did a good job of getting out the leaders way as you lapped me.
Obviously I hope to get better as we go on but am conscious of not being in the same league as most of you. Hope no one minds me dawdling along at the back.
I've had simliar phenomenon happen to me in the past in online races. A Lotus 111R RM at Autumn Ring Reverse race comes to mind.
A 13.2 isn't that good from my perspective. Did a 13.4 in practice, and a 13.5 on my only flying lap during free run before the race. I was 4 tenths up on that 13.4 during the week after the first 2 sectors. So a 12 is definitely possible with full fuel. To say I did a 13.2 with about 75% fuel, isn't that good at all.
Something I need to improve a lot at. I eat tires like as if Im eating breakfast .
Well welcome back Duder

That was a mistake on Forced's part. I'll be running the D2 rooms from now on, so it won't be a problem.
Edit: I see we're starting to rub off on people. WSGTC picked up themselves a title sponsor
Yup, I remember this race. Haha, you were not happy with me.
It's good to be back. No work and an absent GF for the rest of the week means a whole lot of pizza, beer, GT5, BF3, and football!!
Hopefully we can do something like that come race time.hahahahahah!
Brilliant!
Didn't know there were two lanes here, where's Nige from again? xD
Something like a 2:08 IIRCMan, that looked fun. I'd imagine the lap time was horrible.
Hope to see that this sunday 👍
If you're on BF3 or MW3 for Xbox, add me-
I know the pedals are bad so I was wounding if I can upgrade them later?
OK, How? and where?Bungee cords! Seriously.

Edit: Mine are set up like the ones on the second page.
Just saw this, sorry.
All concrete slabs are OK to use, as long as the car retains two wheels on the track surface. The only exception to this rule is the concrete slab after the last tunnel that is on the outside of the double left hand turn. You can use that one however you'd like.

BTW, didn't see an answer when I skimmed the last few pages... did you get the replay working?
I took some shots of the Div.1 race...I might do more later. But I will say this: Nurb GP is a terrible track for photos, the lighting is just awful for them. Haha.
If anyone wants pictures of their car for some reason, I'll gladly do them. ^^;
Funny, I don't remember it being that sunny in the race....
also @ R1600Turbo:
In the points list... what's the difference between DNQ and DNS?
DNQ = Did not qualify.
DNS = Did not start.
...or had a connection drop while the other is a "no call, no show"?
carracerptpRT, bump drafting will be cool at GVR. You couldn't do it safely at Nurb..F.
I think a good 2 car team could drag in a faster driver.
Regarding bump drafting, that's fine. Just make sure the other person is OK with it. Also, try to softly bump into them instead of ramming full force.
I may turn off visible damage from now on, I honestly don't see the point in using it and the cars just get scuffed up during bump drafting.

Oh they definitely can, welcome to grand valley race strategy >: )
That would be great. I never tested that.might get better frame rates as a bonus....
I already was aware of the effects of race quality on lap times and asked that before. I don't believe I ever got an answer so I'm glad you brought it up. 👍Just figured out why my times were much slower on race day at Nurb than when I was practicing. It has to do with how the room is set up. Race quality is very important, if you put it at high, lap times tend to be faster than putting at normal, for example. At least that's what I felt.
So my question is, what are the room settings for D3 or all divisions? Hosts might use different settings on each division affecting lap times. I just hope the right settings are used each weekend by the hosts. People were much slower on D3 than they were on their practice, including myself. I felt I had to learn the car all over again.
I was struggling to get low 1.04s yesterday on Spy's room, while on my lobby I hit 1.03s twice. Today, a new PB: 1.03.596 . That's why Im questioning room settings, etc...

As a side note, the times in my lounge are usually slower than in public lobbies although it depends on whether lag is present when the green flag drops.
