Which wheel do you guys recommend?

My internet is acting up - I haven't been able to get the PS3 online for days. A technician is coming to fix this tomorrow. How different is online vs offline pactice with "real" grip and light damage?

I have a DFP laying around collecting dust, I offered it up during GT-Academy if a DS3 person could qualify top 8 in the NE (that didn't happen)... I am still willing to donate it to a worthy cause. You'd just have to pick up shipping.

I dunooooo about that. I was doing better with that DS3, but then again, I pull the same times as I do with my G27, now that the steering's just as quick. I just don't like the force feedback it gives when the tires should be free, it's just a constant struggle to drive the thing with that wheel.

Anyways, you guys have fun with that. My timing with everything is terrible from now on, including this moment. I got a mountain bike ride to make, and after that I'll be busy prepping everything for my next track day, so probably won't hear from me until Wednesday or something. yep... was their first 900 degree wheel. http://www.logitech.com/en-us/441/273
IIRC on the pc sometimes one of the shift buttons would double up; was always ok in gt through. But if those cause a problem it has the little sequential stick which works perfect.
all-in-all it's in pretty decent condition

Practice race will be 22 laps @ Suzuka East.

Race starts @ 8pm EDT

6pm EDT - 8pm EDT Live Qualifying Format (Room is open practice when not qualifying):

Btw, if you have a wing or different exhaust or anything not to spec at all, you will not be allowed to qualify or race so make sure you read the first post.
One or two (depending on room size) chosen drivers go out one at a time (to give eachother room). When the qualifying session begins on track, one driver will be chosen to start their out lap first and the second driver will be told to hold on the line for 20 seconds until they can start.

All other visitors in the room will be watching the driver(s) to make sure their laps are clean. The room will be set to a 4 lap race. Only laps 2 and 3 will count as qualifying "flying lap" times.

We're gonna be focusing on racing clean, not fast. OLR rules apply but there are no points or positions to be awarded for the regular season, thanks.

This thing did wonders when I used to play Forza 2.

Also, when I used to play on the controller for the ps2 I used the the left analog stick for steering inputs and the right analog stick for braking and accelerating.
