GT Class registration is now re-opened.

Qualifying will take place at the same time as the Spec Class since we will be running the same tracks. However, runs with multiple cars will not be mixed, it's one car or the other on the track at the same time. Just let me know which car you want to qualify and I'll set up the PP and tire limits accordingly.

Edit: I've also moved up the qualifying times by 30 minutes.

i still think my (practice race) colors are amazing! Lime green/ blue wheels 👍 But anyone can have those colors btw im not in the series so those colors are not official

I have absolutely no idea what color to use for my GT car, but I'll put this up now I guess.

Talon (Counter_Steer) - '07 - TBD/TBD

Wait are there still alternates or is it the same qualy format as the spec series now....I'm confused...

I don't really even care anymore, since all my NB brethren bailed on me to drive the antique. FYI low 12s will be necessary for the GT class.

The MR2 doesn't fit anywhere; the Solstice and NC are DIRECT competition (and thus why I want a competition).

Maybe a spinoff series? Kappa vs NC... I don't care if I'm the only one driving the Sol, I will rep that car till the day I die.

The sky is 1000x prettier. The solstice was garish in comparison.

The solstice was a little more muscular compared to the harsher angled sky. The sky has much cleaner and crisper lines from a design standpoint and has a totally different look despite sharing SO MANY aspects.

I harbor a hate for the entire Pontiac design aesthetic in general. Kinda glad they're gone. Less plastic body cladding in the world is a good thing.

BlackIce and Wardez: Any word on the highlight reel you were putting together?

Agreed 100%

w3rd, you know the score.

What. The. F.

2:10s?

And yes, that's the second time out of two tries that I've said one minute. :dunce:

Yeah that's the only thing I hate about running an open series with tuning, it can spread the cars way out depending on tuning experience for each driver. Me = none.

Yeah RT, I sent Blackice 4 gbs of video to mess with. Just waiting on his word on how it's been so far.

Nice to see you decide to open up the GT class. I really wish I could be in it.

Yeah same here for sure, I would actually enjoy these cars quite a bit more if they were completely identical like the spec series. I do have a tiny bit of tuning experience, not really enough though. Although, I just ran a 1:13.3 on a lazy lap, so I don't think I'm all that much off pace at least.

I'm on pace through Schumacher, then between there and start/finish lose 6 tenths to a full second or more depending on tire wear.
