Good to see you are still alive. It wasn't the same in the IS-F race with you in the back of the pack. I hope you can make some more of these races.
 
Just joined the room, and Brosif pointed out to me that I was only running comfort softs... apparently none of my mods to the car saved. :ouch:
 
Best I can do is .240 off your time. I still have a fresh engine though, so I'm hoping that's where the two tenths are ><
 
Has anyone gotten more than 143hp from their NB yet? I've done 2 rebuilds on it now (in addition to religious oil changes), and never gotten more than 143hp/387pp

When I did all the testing for Turbo I got exactly 389PP and I believe it was 143HP.
 
It looks like if I were to buy window weight reduction to go from 903kg to 893kg, I would be at 143hp/389pp -- was that what was originally planned?
 
Are you positive you have the exact same model? There's two '04 1600 NBs.

I am pretty sure I did the window weight reduction on both of the '04 1600s and they worked out to a perfect 389PP. Maybe Turbo forgot to put them in his graphic.
 
Awesome. I hit 1:05.5xx without the engine broken in so I'll see what I can do now. Gotta mess with the LSD again too, take some hits.

My LSD is at the default settings so maybe I can shave some more time with some better rotation.

I have run identical laps with #470 and #493 at Clubman and Tsukuba. Just do the window weight reductions. I am sure Turbo intended to put that on the spec sheet but forgot to. It brings the PP rating up to the same level as the '89 and that is how I compared the models in my earlier testing sessions.
 
The '04 Roadster 1600 just showed up in my UCD. Bought it, but already have one, so let me know if anyone needs the new one?

And just did the start a race, but cancel out just to reset the UCD and got another one. The MX5 Miata 1600 '04.

Fastest I've done around Clubman in the '89 is 1.05.3xx car wasn't broken in, but still, I don't see a few HP making that much of a difference...you guys are just too fast lol.

Edit: Sadly can't make any practices today...probably most of the week, busy, busy, busy :(

Oh yeah man, every grain of power counts with these cars.
Last season there was times where I'd forget to do an oil change before the races on Sunday because I'd run so many miles practice right before. I would only be able to get within 1.5 seconds of my best consistent time that I'd hit during practice, and that's with a draft. Looking afterward (this was the Nurbugring Enduro in season 1 btw) I realized that I only had 3 less hp.
