I literally blinked and missed it. My wife is watching this Gucci show and I heard Selma Hayek’s voice. looked up and looked back down to see Leclerc slowing at the hairpin. He went off track, that may be a penalty!

The correct decision5 sec penalty!
He already scored last seasonLatifi won his first and only point.
Gasly is in the wrong but he will be used as a scapegoat for all of this. The timing of the tractor deployment needs to be looked at.
Nvm, my maths is crap.Huh? Isn't he one point short still?
Outside moves have been working all race, Perez had him all day.I don't think that was worthy of a 5 second penalty. Leclerc hardly gained an advantage when Perez wasn't close enough to pass at the chicane. Going around the outside was never going to work, any driver would obviously place their car there and it really wasn't obstructive driving. Worth a gamble from Perez, of course, but he wasn't pushed off.
They seemed to be exactly where they would have been anyway.
To me, the gap wasn't there at all. Perez would have had a better chance had he tried the inside line there instead.Outside moves have been working all race, Perez had him all day.
No, they didn't complete 75% of the race. No full points.Full points have been awarded because the race was resumed. To clarify him winning it.
How so? Almost an iron copy of Canada 2019 with Vettel.Like I said, strange penalty.
They didn't drive 75% of laps, so shouldn't be full pointsFull points have been awarded because the race was resumed. To clarify him winning it.
Max must be the first champion to be not sure if he's champion.Verstappen becomes the first driver the win the world championship without having enough points to win the world championship.
What the actual **** is going on here?
They lost me too on that one.No, they didn't complete 75% of the race. No full points.

Full points have been awarded. Reduced points are awarded if the race is stopped and cannot be resumed (sporting regulations). They resumed, so full points can be awarded. They didn't drive 75% of laps, so shouldn't be full points
Thanks for explaining this. 👍 Dutch commentator just repeated this.Full points have been awarded. Reduced points are awarded if the race is stopped and cannot be resumed (sporting regulations). They resumed, so full points can be awarded.
