That was an insane lap immortal.

It looks like some of the hackers are getting some bans. I wonder what will happen to Leyba08/Endless/Oshawa/all the long timers who have used hacked cars/own them. I think what Sony meant by banning accounts was identifying the original car modifiers, not the borrow glitchers.

Hopefully I can get through the Cape race respectfully. I think my fast lap in Berty's Skid recovery/active steering/tuning FGT series was in the 1:45s. You get into the 1:49s without any of that, pretty crazy. I'm still angry I didn't beat you in that race last winter. I was such an idiot when I went onto those medium tires! I should have just backed off and taken it easy, I was clearly moving faster than you or atleast holding my own!

Now I might never beat immortal again...

I was watching Leyba race his black F2007 (just watching a race) the other night and it seemed to have the top speed of a low downforce setup with the grip of full downforce. Then I noticed his tires weren't wearing out as fast as the others. I pointed this out on my mic and he started slowing down and his lap times dropped from 1:44s at Spa to 1:50s.

BTW, cool FGT logo on the first post immortal, very nice. Berty had a Cape Ring picture on his first post with all the cars on the 1st lap of a race I remember.

Hard race, satisfying to complete all the laps, EDIT:

Having watched the replay I see something funny on Immortal's replay. On lap 9 he goes off into the grass after passing Buraspo, then suddenly his car jumps back 300 feet and goes flying forward again. It looks just like an instant replay in F1 2012, where when you crash you rewind. Obviously thats impossible in a live race with real people, but with the lag it looks just like that. Guys see if it is that way on your replays.

That said the 1st lap is also very crazy with many crashes. Its a very good replay to save and keep for the grandkids.
