I think Cbastion or I would love to beat immortal in a race. Part of the problem or the main problem is how time gaps open up like crazy in GT5. I notice its very much a phenomenon in "sim racing" that its possible to gain huge chunks of time with technique. Its not just GT5 other games are like this as well. Not to be a complainer, I know what I need to do to improve, that's practice and its not always fun to improve at something.

I'd like to take him on in a race too
. And that happens to me all the time as well. When you feel that you are better or at least equally as good as the guy in front, somehow the sun, the moon and the stars aligned for the remainder of the race and they pull some extra time out of absolutely nothing 👎 .

Gian, I haded similar problems upshift button on my dfgt not long ago, & what I did was I stop using the shift buttons for a while, I started using the gear stick afterwards. The problem started for me probably around the first regular season race in the season 4 of the setup F10 WC. Then I found out it started to work again this past weekend. I still don't have problems yet with this issue since was sorta solve this past weekend, & I don't know what's up with this problem, but i'll try to solve soon enough.

Lucky! I haven't cracked it open yet, I'm still hoping it was just a fluke and it will randomly fix itself like yours did. About to plug and pray here ina second and hopefully it works. Guy named Mr. Basher on here has given me some great advice and offered to fix the switch if needed, problem is he lives on the opposite end of the country... shipping both ways might end up costing more than buying a new wheel.

Hey Joe,
Had the same issue a while back with my DFGT, i opened mine and i didn't void the warranty. Entirely up to you. I like to mess about so i opened mine up and found that it was those lil yellow switches that were gone (see attached pic). U can replace them yourself with a soldering gun or you can try and get a new one from Logitech:

My G27 pedals squeak from time to time. I'm wondering if they need lube of some sort.
That being said I just watched the NBC interview with Seb Vettel where he compared his cars to his girlfriends, "sometimes you just have to say its not going to work out anymore and you get a new one."
The success seems to have affected him abit!

I probably wouldn't worry about it too much. You can lubricate it if you want but only do this if the pedals are giving you problems.

mmm Puerto rican coffee yaukono, not bad at all. Immortal, what do you think of your Countryman starting 9th and his teammate DFL?
I need another practice before the race tomorrow, unfortunately I have to do the Rolex series tonight (always with huge drama.) Hopefully it'll be quick and I can run another 20 laps at Indy to try and break that magic 1:09 on 60/100 fuel.

ooh, unrest in Deutschland over Sebastian! Well it looks like Kimi is the favorite as long as he can stay out of trouble. Or I guess anybody could win, but I saw a picture of Kimi driving a car with Alonso, Hamilton, Vettel in the trunk with ducktape covering their mouths.

Well I'll have to remember to pop more fuel in on non tire shredding tracks like Indy. Anyways gr guys, the timer was giving me funny business the first 10 laps, I'd be 3 seconds behind then 7 then 2 then 9. I dont know if it was periodically giving me the gap to CBastion or what, kinda drove me nuts, then the mistakes. I'll try for a better run next time.
