It's a general discussion thread. The conversation veers all over the place, not a "derailing".

It's a recurring pattern. Every so often there's a big announcement and it pretty much always ends in a discussion about entitled brats elsewhere. Come on.

Just here?

No, but especially here. It's almost like a ritual.

My friends, let us all put our petty feuds aside and be thankful for Mitsubishi's grand return, and the excellent car pass content.

That's the spirit! 👍

Anyway, I'm not one to judge but confused this place makes me at times.

I get your answer, but you're only going to get the same question. It's actually significantly less here. That's likely to do with the fact that this section is significantly smaller as well, though.

Ah, like clockwork.

For somebody who seems to get off on picking apart the game to the point where you will literally say the stupidest things in order to prove yourself (such as somehow believing that PG would add a roof to the Aventador J) you sure seem to hate it when people point it out that fact.

If anything, one can make the argument that you feel superior about your collective self, considering that.

Customers who criticize something with a passion are some of the most valuable stakeholders a business can ask for. Haven't I told you before? Take note.
Maybe you missed the part about the aforementioned Aventador J. What would that be considered in this context, if this is considered to be something of value?

My pen and paper are ready Sensei.

I'm sure that's true. But when a person's entire posting history, or at least, 95% of it, is complaining about the smallest stuff, sometimes making up asinine stuff to continue with this, then is 'criticizing with a passion' really the case? Or is it just jerking off to the smallest mistakes PG have made?

Because in this case, it's the latter. By far.

The problem is that all he does is complain. There's criticism, and then there's excessive nitpicking. It is fine to criticize the game and Horizon 4 does have it's fair share of problems, but it just seems like all he does is nitpick and complain about everything. He also seems to be incredibly pessimistic about the game (Aventador J situation is a perfect example) and it just makes us wonder why he doesn't just play something else.

Marie Kondo says if a thing doesn't bring you joy, get rid of it. Delete the game or put the poster on ignore, but either way stop with the attacks.

I didn't miss that one, but I would have forgotten weeks ago if others had as well.

Who says that a posting history cannot consist of mostly complaints, and how is it an actual problem? The developers can take or leave whatever feedback they come across. The worst is when feedback lacks a constructive foundation, but in my opinion not a noteworthy issue here. Speaking for myself, I enjoy reading posts where players have identified thought provoking issues, major or minor.

I would too, until the next time something else odd is said. Then I’d likely be like “oh, well this is also the guy that did XX”

I get it, not everything said is off the wall as I do agree with somethings, but some of the mental gymnastics required to even get that far sometimes are just a bit odd. That Lambo one being the worst by far.

Just noticed from the release on the official website:

I'm deeply saddened by the loss.

Just kidding, good riddance.

So does that mean that they are wiped from the game completely, you can't get it from the wheelspin anymore? Do people who have them as their emotes have to find something new?

It could be only temporary until the lawsuits against Fortnite are decided.

It’s a fair decision to make, not a great one coming from a Carlton user, but better to have them out the way now and be ahead of the curve and only add them back in if the suits fail. ;)

Minimum risk to PG and here’s just a stab in the dark, they could gift them to all players if the decision is in favour of Fortnite. :P

Mrs. ykiki recently binge watched all 8 episodes of Marie Kondo. Our home is now in a state of flux. Time for me to thank Carlton for bringing me joy for as long as it lasted...
