The Hudson Hornet was a blast in that championship
I used my '59 Caddy convertible. Rally suspension and AWD conversion, but stock tires because I was already nearly at D500 with just those two changes. It was a fun series. I'd like to see more of these low power race series, to be honest.

As would I. I used the '55 Chevy, the '56 F100 for the road course and the Morris Traveller for the 3rd race.

1950's D-Class Cross-Country seasonal championship? Never change, PG.

Looks like a job for my Baja 150! :D

(I also already did the other events through the magic of turning my Xbox into a time machine. A jacked-up 'maro will do nicely in the 60s event, and the Capri FE is a beast in the 70s. I think I skipped the 80s, tho!)

Had 12 super wheelspins and saw my credits go up to 2m again. Snagged an FX4 taxi and an R34 on the AH. Tonight was a good night.

You only have 2 mil? That's surprising. I'm nearly at 30 and hardly bought anything, just been relying more on my wheelspin cars and credits.

Going for duplicate playlist reward cars is the way to go for money right now. I already had two S5 Mustangs and two Hoonigan RS200s, now that the auction house pricing is dynamic I decided to sell them, I think they were 10,000,000 and 16,000,000 respectively at the time. I sold a few other cars, and in short, I went from 12,000,000 on that playsession to 51,000,000 at the end.

The trial with the Mazdas is a rally championship. Stick rally tires and suspension on your Mazda of choice and breeze past the AI.

Meanwhile I’m at $60 million with a full garage. Still trying to sell my duplicate cars.

I haven't really gotten into FH4, so money has been quite low. Thankfully the game throws cars at you anyway.

I don't know if it's a bug or something that's been this way for a while, but both Fortune Island and the Lego expansion have the same weekly Forzathon challenges that are different to the main map and seem to count towards the main map's completion requirements... I did all 3 challenges on both expansions on top of the 3 I had already done, and it gave me the 60 extra points for completing 7 daily challenges.

While everyone's going for big power, I chose my AH Bugeye Sprite and used the brakes maybe 3 times.
I also tried the Sprite, and it was going well, but at the jumps and sand at the end of the first race I bogged down. I'm torn between trying it again or the MG.

I love how a member of the Turn 10 Studios community team gets downvoted for telling the fans to have some patience when it comes to the Seasonal Reward cars.

I also noticed this bug. Not only it counts towards weekly completition but it also reset all daily challenges whenever I travel from Expansion to Mainland and vice-versa.

One wasn't lying when they said the Forza community is toxic (not here but outside this site). After being gone for almost a month, I've noticed the community has gotten a lot worse over the years. Seriously, if that were PD saying that right now (who rarely interacts with its fanbase), they be getting a bunch of upvotes and praises up the wall, and that's the truth. If it's T10 however, it's the total opposite. It's a big joke really.

On topic. It's been a loooooong while I've visited this site. Just want to share that I've collected all the cars in game and have 57mill credits. I feel so fulfilled! Now, just waiting for the new cars while completing the Forzathon challenges. Have over 4000FP btw.

I mean, I'm looking at it and it's obvious that the tone of the community team member's comment, talking about getting Seasonal Playlist cars early possibly equaling banning, is a bit too...over the top and silly, considering that this is more or less a client side exploit that I don't think they had any regard for when creating Forzathon Live, and that banning people for doing such a thing is absolutely stupid considering it really doesn't affect anyone at all except for having cars a few weeks early.

I stopped visiting the FM.net forums. I also stopped following a lot of the Playground Games streams because of how awful the chat is. I just stick to this forum and the Xbox One interface for news.
I just leave the live chat off when watching the streams.
