Like they're just stringing people along with imperfections, because there's no other reason to play the newest game?

Crazy isn't the word I would use for that theory.

No, not because there's no other reason, don't be silly. But because it makes sense from a business perspective. They can keep a franchise going for longer and make more money if they decidedly make it better slowly as opposed to putting in a big effort to make the best thing possible. They're a business, why make the best thing they possibly can for less profit? I'm not saying they make no effort, the new map is a great improvement, but their new ideas lack ambition (businesses/stories), they're all a start, but they chose to not take the risk and do something great with them.

How exactly do we get the Twin Mill? I was just in a Forzathon Live and someone already had it.

Well, the co-op championship is still bugged and does not count as being completed even after satisfying any and all interpretations of the win condition.

Hopefully next summer! In the mean time, I can't decide between buying the Forzathon car through the Forzathon shop or the Autoshow.

If you have a Miura you can just get it for a few measly skill points.

EDIT: I think that's what you meant lol. I read Auction house for some reason.

It's nice to see they're using seasonal events to give out tangible rewards now, I'd completely lost interest in them when they were just a way to get an extra couple of super wheelspins.

I just noticed that I have over 250 cars in my garage, and after counting only 23 of them have had their "New" tag cleared off. It's only been a month and I'm already like:

It took almost four months for my FM7 collection to get to that point. And I honestly don't even remember how some of these cars got into in my collection. I'm quite sure I never got a GRC Fiesta in a wheelspin at any point, and I don't think it was a prize car either... maybe. I'm actually at the point where I don't even want to cash in wheelspins because they'll probably just give me more cars I have no use for.

I swear, Forza games are the only ones that make me complain about them being too generous.

The game crashed on my OG XB1 in the middle of a Forzathon Live event. That's like the third time it's happened. And if anything, it seems the stuck sound glitch is happening more frequently.

The good news is the Twin Mill is a riot and love love love the new 50th anniversary paint scheme. I especially like the coppery accents on the engines. And I finally got the Austin FX4. So taxi. Much fun.

Still can’t find a Cadillac Limo and Ford Crown Victoria in the auction house, saw a Cadillac Limo for sale for 20,000,000 credits yesterday but wasn’t gonna pay or had enough credits for it.

They are that rare? I have one, but haven't gotten around to driving it yet. At one point I thought about putting a rally suspension on it , but ended up using another vehicle.

Yesterday I turned a vw bus into a commical offroad beast for the forzathon 5mil point collection. Was easier to control than I expected it to be.

By your own words, they chose to not take the risk.

Not taking risks and deliberately keeping a game from being as good as possible are very different things.

Also, if they are holding back from making it as good as possible, they sure are doing one hell of a job.
I mean, you might think somebody else could capitalize on that, and make that better game that FH is holding out on, but nope. Nobody's even close.

I guess they could go the GT route and deliver previous gen cars a year after release, and make a bunch...wait a minute...what exactly have they held back? In your opinion, of course.

I have a caddy limo, and I am willing to sell it. However, maxed out i only can get 60k orso for it.Considered the rarity, that is not worth it to me.

Fundamental flaw of the AH, price limits.
I have a least a dozen cars I'd like to sell, but I'm not allowed to sell them for enough money to make it worth my while.

I'm in the same boat too. Since I'm not a "legendary" painter or tuner, I can't ask for fair prices. Sunk 200k into that car? You can only get a fraction for it.

Changed to Summer, I think ONE new event came with it, not sure, Is it true NO new events are coming out now on the map? I havent seen any for a long time, must be doing something wrong. I know I keep asking but the game cant be this limited.

Supposed to do same races over and over in different cars at different difficulty levels?

I have the FE version of the bus. Does that work too?

Got any tips? I'm almost at my skill ceiling with my current time (using the same tune as the #1 Zonda).

I'm terrible at giving any advice :nervous:. I tried the #1 tune briefly, it felt great but I seemed to lose some cornering speed compared to the tune I was using (HTWWW's "IMO the best", I hate how the car drives, but it seems to work :P).

Usually I'd say "be smooth", but with this car you don't really have to . I did notice you take those two slow right handers in second gear, I would definitely use first gear there. Also, maybe switch to manual without clutch for consistency?

Other than that, it's just about using the right line through the corners and getting on the throttle relatively early. Once you're on the throttle, try not to lift at all, the car will turn better this way. I take many of the corners full throttle:

When you do go to use it, I think you'll find it to be a riot. You can honnestly run quite a number of different tuning themes with the car, and it handles well (or, my tune made it handle well, who knows.)

I've had some rather competitive races just tweaking the car to have 335 hp/4150 lbs and still keeping it FWD.

For what it's worth, I have yet to see a Vic anywhere. :indiff:

The Vic, Caddy Limo and Austin Taxi seem to be the holy trinity of oddball fun cars. I got the Vic early on in a wheelspin, I got the Austin from the AH (all perks already used), and I haven't gotten the limo yet.

I got the limo. I wanted to sell it but you get nothing for it so it doesn't make a ton of sense.

I got the Limo (for 60k!!!) in the AH, and the Austin for 120k. Both had perks intact, amazingly. My hunt is currently for the Vic, and I'm curious if I can get the Preorder Camaro in the AH.
