I don't doubt that, and I also realize that car licensing is something, through PG's own admission, goes through development and usually is lead right up to the end. However, considering that the Stellantis deal was consummated in January, you don't think that PG or T10, whoever does licensing for Forza overall, would have been more pro-active in getting it done?

I seriously doubt that is the case. It was pretty clear from the jump that Polyphony had temporary exclusive rights to Toyota considering everyone, from NFS to Forza, was suddenly dropping a company that for the most part, didn't care where their cars were, just that they were there. It's pretty clear the Stellantis merger is the main culprit - but I don't think PG/T10 is entirely innocent or blameless in this case.
Toyota were only licensing their road cars to domestic developers, new cars were still being added to the Initial D and Wangan Midnight titles but these never released internationally

For all those who doesn't have Gold - bare minimum of pts you can get without LG is 39 per season. If there is Treasure Hunt its 42. If there is Collectibles challenge - 42(45 if both, like in Summer). So, you cant get any of the second seasonal pts awards without Gold, only first.

Also, biggest pts reward is 6 for Trial. Also Trial require Campaign completion (20 Chapters in Festival site and Outposts combined).

Wasn't paying close attention to the pre-release hype because I had a lot going on in real life, so actually surprised it's out on 5th of November already, thought it was somewhere in the middle of the month! Pretty excited!

I just hope that the music is good and that the servers will work ok in the first couple of days. If anyone wants to compare times, drift scores and what not add me, my XBL is AlexSpace28.

Hardly that. They were' licensing the GT86/FRS to developers for the most part, where as GT/PD got many others. There really weren't any other games that got anything outside that, or variations therein. For whatever reason, the only ones not affected were mobile games.

I didn't had space in the Series S internal SSD, so I had to shuffle some, but now it refuses to download, there is only the 964 MB placeholder file...
It is downloading in the One X (116 GB).
Update: Solved the issue in the Series S by deleting the placeholder file and reloading from the store. Both downloads finished within the day!

If you play the game on both, it would be good to hear your opinion on OneX versus Series S as I am considering upgrading to Series S soon 👍

The time I spent looking at that photo until I finally found the number 14... 😂

Or... boot up Xbox Companion on your PC. Don't need Gold for multiplayer there.

Ohhhh FH5 is almost upon us! Wow I'm hyped to experience a whole new world and explore it with brand new engine sounds. Also, my main goal, other than car collecting, is to hunt down one of my childhood cars from my time: The 1991 Jaguar XJR-15.

13 Days for Premium Edition (Got this version that's already pre-loaded, woohoo!)

Im currently thinking of getting this, I have all the previous games, I still have the One X, (haven't made the decision on the next consoles yet!) on the store there only seems to be one version, it doesn't actually seem to state if it is for one x or series x. Is this right or am I missing something?

If by on the store you mean the MS Store than it's probably the line on the page which says it's available for Xbox One as well as Series S/X and PC. Cross-play functionality means that one purchase allows you to download the game to all three platforms.

Yep the MS store on the xbox. Ahha ok thats good to know, so there is just one option to purchase the game.

Cross play means that you can with your friends on different platforms. Cross buy means that you can purchase something in MS store and play on 3 platforms (XboxOne, Xbox Series and Windows MsStore).

It's called Play Anywhere. Horizon 5 isn't on this page but when I bought it the preload package showed up on my PC and Series X so it defintely works this way.

Meanwhile here's another video from Wich Leadbetter and the gang at Digital Foundry which covers the recent press demo.

Digital Foundry is making the Quality mode sound like it is very impressive.

Unfortunately, YouTube is really incapable of really showing the differences.

Can't wait to get this game on my own TV and really appreciate it versus YouTube.
