I get this (WHERE IS MY JENSEN INTERCEPTOR) but I bet there's a 90%+ chance the e-Ray gets added to FH5 the week FM"8" drops as a cross-promotion.'Added to the game files' is a good way of massively overstating 'has a single mention of a car ID that isn't used'. There's even less there than there was for famously never released cars in older games like the Fisker Karma and Skoda Fabia, and literally more than a hundred other unreleased cars.
That doesn't mean it'll never be in Horizon, it just means that it's a car that PG / Turn10 have considered making, which we already know from it being in the new Motorsport.
I think I gave mine away as a gift drop. No idea they were in demand. After spending tens of millions of cr on Barbie Hummer, I'm laughing out loud at this.
A tragicomedy for Hummer lovers.
New leaks ?? After the new update??Found something interesting again, this time a file containing various (new) cars. Keep in mind these are just reference. Things like textures, 3D models, sound doesn't exist yet for the new cars at this point. Again these cars might not get added to the game. Here is the highlight of the new cars found within the file.
AST_Lagonda_90 (Aston Martin Lagonda)
KTM_XBowGT2_20 (We have the GT4 version currently)
FOR_MustangSVT_03 (I think this one is newer than the one in game?)
FOR_EconolineDeberti_61 (Crazy build, look it up)
JAG_FTypeSVR_20 (Jaguar FType SVR, Facelifted version of the one in game)
BEN_FlyingSpur_19
BMW_M3_21
SAL_S7LM_17 (Saleen S7 LM, 1300hp)
MAS_MC20_22 (Yup)
The rest of the new cars are coming next update
FER_Roma_21
FER_296GTB_22
LAM_SC20_21
LAM_HuracanTecnica_23
I'll include the file so you can check it out by yourself. (scroll down on the file to see the cars mentioned here)

The first thing comes to my mind is Rossion Q1.Yes, as a reference only. There is also a reference to another car from FH4. Hint : Based on Noble.
After all, the reason I (and other AH users) paid a fortune for this car was because AH never listed a stock Hummer EV.I think I gave mine away as a gift drop. No idea they were in demand.
Both those and the 296 are actually brand new recordings. Make sure to hit the limiter in the Trofeo, it’s one of the few cars that has a dedicated limiter sound. The Essenza SCV12 and Super Trofeo Huracan sound absolutely amazing.
Ok ok so this was a complete lie. I caved immediately; so much for willpowerI "only" have 100,000,000 credits or so but can't remember if any of the Autoshow cars are featured event prizes or Forzathon shop offers so will wait until the end of the season before getting my wallet out unless I'm really desperate.
I noticed! It sounds so good! Both those and the 296 are actually brand new recordings. Make sure to hit the limiter in the Trofeo, it’s one of the few cars that has a dedicated limiter sound.
On a related note, I took my Stratos to Sierra Nueva for the Rally Adventure as @Nacho guessed we would and had a great time swinging it around the hairpins and trying to practise my nascent Scandi flick technique from WRC 9 and had forgotten how much fun it is to just race against Unbeatable cars and make a little bit of $$$ on the side. I only meant to test it one track but ended up doing four events including a couple of long EventLabs as the car handled beautifully and pantsed the competition comfortably.I've been doing things on Horizon 5 on the side lately to anticipate FM's release. Bought a stock 2005 BMW M3, racing here and there, and upgrading only once after each win to try and get back into the mindset of learning the car and installing upgrades progressively, one by one.
Even just doing that has been a very interesting experience, especially when coupled with races longer than 3 laps/3 minutes. As it turns out, even one brake upgrade makes a world of difference for me... I know it's essentially pretend play, but I felt like it was a good way to get into the mindset FM seems to want you to adopt. Also, it was just nice to race normally for once, not just to slay the playlist or grind for this or that.
I got severe Forza fatigue around March of last year and didn't pick the game up for three months so I'm missing around twelve cars from the grand total.(religiously playing every week means I never missed a single car)
I do the minimum bid for two reasons bud:On a related note, I took my Stratos to Sierra Nueva for the Rally Adventure as @Nacho guessed we would and had a great time swinging it around the hairpins and trying to practise my nascent Scandi flick technique from WRC 9 and had forgotten how much fun it is to just race against Unbeatable cars and make a little bit of $$$ on the side. I thought I needed the cash because I accidentally bought a second Trofeo by going into Autoshow instead of the garage and hitting X at the wrong time. However as soon as I put the car on the Auction House at minimum price for 24 hours someone used the Buy it Now!! function almost immediately to snap it up at 150k over the asking price. Sounds like @Edax 76 is onto something with that min price tip to lure the bidders and bots in.
I know it's late now, but you can quickly buy cars from Car Collection screen. It was a laborious task worthy of the mythical Sisyphus to download all those Italian cars from the Autoshow one by one even with a solid state drive.
Thanks. There was just a point around the release of the Mini Cooper FE when I didn't see the point of logging in to do the same thing every week so I put the game down in favour of other things for a while. Since I came back I've really had no problems staying engaged nowadays.@UKMikey I've actually started building handmade "Forza Edition" models if you need an inspiration. You could also play a 30 minute or an hour long videos from youtube on your phone in the background (at low quality) while playing FH5 if the fatigue is too great as well.
D'oh but thanks for the great tip. Wish I'd figured this out for myself beforehand but I wanted to group the cars I was missing by "not owned" and figured the show was the easiest way at the time. Never thought to browse the collection by make as you suggested which would've been much easier.I know it's late now, but you can quickly buy cars from Car Collection screen.
Top effort bud 👍👍👍in case you’re wondering, it takes 511 total points to max out the car mastery trees in all eight new cars in the Autoshow. It’s another 552 for the cars in the Italian Exotics DLC. I spent a few days grinding my way up to 999 just for this update. I only needed to grind for a few more to finish maxing them out.
That's the Forza Horizon 4 "H", the festival "rebrands itself" with every game.So apparently Backstage Pass is planned for FH5, also the icon above the backstage pass icon was never seen in game i think?
