I may/may not be on for a while today. I do want to spend some time outside from time to time, otherwise, I will be off by 3PM, as I have to get ready for work...

I was playing with Joey and George, and MistaX yesterday..... That was fun. Too bad that Pako, Ebiggs, and some others didn't answer the invite.... :(

BTW. I AM KILLERMRK2. :dopey: Do not ignore me!

I love this game, my Cobalt is already all done up in KPR garb. :sly:

Sorry, I was focusing on advancing through the career last night.

Snapped a few pictures last night.

Lightly modded (370hp) Z28 at Laguna Seca

390hp Solstice, all-motor at Mugello Circuit

Any word of the ability to put a rotary in a Mazda 3? Just want to create my own modern Savanna RX-3.
That news may push me to not wait and get it anyway just as an incentive.

2 quick questions, fellas.

1) Can the Diablo GTR be painted?
2) How many paintjobs can 1 car hold?

(If you saw that Pitpass with the painting of the 350Z, it showed you can save paintjobs for 1 car.)

1: yes
2: as many as you want? You save them as paint jobs for a specific car design.

So I made an LS7 Solstice, did the weight reduction, put racing compounds on it, and gave it a try. Jesus that thing is stupid fast.

So any idea on an Australian release date? I walked past my local EB Games and they are saying the 14th June. We usually go with the UK/Euro release over here which I though was the 8th.

I started it today and am almost done with the Proving Grounds races. It was pretty difficult for me to get used to the controls after so many years of GT and the Dualshock. The hardest race so far was the 2nd one under the lightweight category. The Miata didn't want to stick at all, even with upgraded tires.

OMG Race. Manufactorer Spec Races, Mazda MX-5 (Miata), Sebring. Maximum handicap (50% bonus - no assists, hard AI, all off). Started from 6th.

6 laps of hell. It was Battle of Seconds. If it lasted for one more lap I'd eat my wheel.

OMFG... This is great! The Career mode rules! I love the physics! Oversteer galore! Fun fun fun! "bob" is even good. I love the rewards because I can actually do stuff after I win. I'd show you guys my car but I dunno how to get to my pics I uploaded via FM2. :dunce:

Only bad thing is the arcade mode is worthless... I don't know why the physics suck like the demo on that mode. :odd:

edit: Found it! :D

Okay guys, any advice on what to start from when I finally get the game today?
Should I just start off with my career mode? (I've played the demo like for nearly 1 month now :P), are the physics as mentioned above ^^^, different in the career mode? What about the region? I do not have a specific car that I like from the D class cars that you start in, so I am open to any region. I am sure all are well balanced, but which according to you makes the most sense at the start?

hehe, I'd say region depends on what cars you want to get early on in the game and at the cheapest, none has any advantage as they're are equally fast cars in each region and you'll win other cars through each event.

I'm surprised you didn't know despite 4 previous posts of his here where he talked about how he was getting the game early before the U.S.

Well I didn't fancy reading back in excessive of 9 pages. Guess I'm just being lazy.

Well, if you aren't a big fan of muscle cars, I would say start out in Europe or Japan. As you play along, you get gift cars from the manufacturers. In America, I think the first two I received were a Shelby GT500-KR and a Charger R/T. In Japan, I remember my brother got a Lancer EVO MR.
