- Microsoft will release two new faceplaces for Xbox 360, they are Viva Pinata and Forza Motorsport 2 faceplaces, both will be released in November 2006, for US$19.99 each.

Meh. I'd rather put that money towards the actual game, or to 1600 points, or to Ridge Racer 6.

Whoa!! Those are in game car pics??? That looks more real than any GT4 pic I have ever seen. I seriously thought they were real cars at first glance.

No, those are not FM2-ingameshots, these are real pics.
i would only show the difference between the Forza 2 Aston and the real GT-Aston´s.

It make some sense to actually see the in game graphic very soon due that the game will launch early in 2007.

I hope this game will look better than MotoGP 06, but I really doubt it will offer more detail than PGR3 like cokckpit view to the RPM visual or the headlight of your opponent reflecting the windshield...

1. The release date is this November, not early in '07. I know everyone and their brother will say that Forza will be delayed, but I'm just pointing this out.

Just checked out the pictures at the official site in the media gallery. Am I seeing things or are these pics just terrible. It looks like gt2 what is going on here. Those are the official pictures ???

Those look like photoshops. I'll bet cookie dough that they aren't official. They look tacky, full of jaggies, and look at the last photo. Tons of jaggies and heck, the textures aren't sharp at all, and are not hi-res.

As much as I love Forza, I honestly don't even expect it to look as good as those pics above. No matter what I am still buying the game and putting my 2 pre-orders down on it tomorrow when I buy both copies of TDU.

What's going to amuse me is how good those CG vids look, and how "poor" the game will look in comparison (yenno, like all those PS3 games everyone keeps griping about)...yet no one will complain or say MS is a group of liars, lol.
