Great. It seems like the post launch content is gonna be pretty similar to Horizon games just without DLCs. We might get an occasional paid car pack like the one that just released in FH5. Plus no FOMO on new cars, as they will get released into the Builders Cup indefinitely, apparently.

I just love the idea of releasing new content through the Builders Cup where it will never disappear like @RandomCarGuy17 described. Unlocking new cars at your own pace + trying out new tracks in said mode is such a wonderful idea, I truely hope PG can make something similar for FH6 (even though the festival playlist didn't really bother me much, though I am sometimes lazy sooo...) :D

I really do feel T10 has been looking at what PD has been doing over the past six years and are do their very best to avoid everything they have done. You see PD, your competition doesn't sleep. Take notes.

Cars still look like plastic.

Don't even bother.

This game is looking like another example of the Series S being a bottleneck.
I highly doubt it, this game is likely bottlenecked below 120fps by the CPU. The Series S has the same CPU as the X.

There is no way this game is running at 120fps on Xbox Series X.
The true bottleneck is 4k, the jump from 1080p to 4k was massive and the hardware only just started to handle it.
It is likely using FSR 2.2 and VRS; meaning that it won't need to push native 4K pixels to display an approximate 4K quality game.

How likely is it that the gameplay we get tomorrow will be new? I wouldn't be angry if it was just the gameplay we saw today except not recorded with a phone.

Why not? Reduced settings and resolution I don't see why Series X wouldn't be able to run it at 120 or close to it. But it won't because they want feature parity with Series S, especially in first party games.

I'm not throwing shade on anyone, but there's some subpar photographers in the GT7 subforum that manage to make that game look like they're running it on a PS3...

Reducing graphical settings and lowering resolution would do absolutely nothing to increase performance with a cpu bottleneck.

They built the game to run at 60 fps on Series S and X. It is unlikely they left so much CPU power unused. Especially if the physics engine is working so much harder.

It is highly likely it wouldn't run over 80-90 fps even if the Series X had a 4090.

As you said it it were possible to run it at 120 fps they could lower resolution and setting on both the Series S and X. However, if it is CPU limited under 120 fps then it wouldn't matter what settings it used.

Also, don't forget to run at a locked 120 fps, your average fps needs to be closer to around 140 or so. Otherwise you will dip under 120 fps from time to time.

If you think that is bad, look at its IGCD entry of GT7. Some are great, but some of them are awful looking.

As a truly awful "photographer" I feel attacked. lol
Hey, I'm not a good photographer either but I'm having fun and it's all that matters. I will not disclose any names or link anything because I'm not an asshole but someone posted a picture of an F430 today from GT7 that looks 3 generations old.

Rimac C_2 concept and the Nevera are both coming.
That too. The only major difference is that the Concept Two has a two-speed gearbox and handles better than the Nevera.

Forza hasn't had many concept cars (outside of most Hot Wheels vehicles), but the concepts featured in the series are those that are almost close to their production counterparts.

The "always sliding" thing was my biggest turn-off with the last couple of games, I just didn't like the handling. But I remember mentioning it and nobody else seemed to have a problem with it. That's the #1 reason why I'm still more of a GT person than Forza. This sounds like good news potentially for me at least.
Hated the always sliding when using the V8 Supercars. Hope this handling in road cars translates well with certain race cars.

Anyway, will have to wait to buy the XB and game. Trying to get my real car all gussied up for Toyotafest, the weekend before. :)

Thats extreamly false, the f430 look very detailed and accurate in gt7

Good times lol. That reminds me, "Flopza" is to this day one of the lamest insults I've ever heard.
Whats funny how people insulted for Forza 3 looking plastic then came GT5's standard cars lmaoo

Those cursed youtube videos of fanboys with the worst takes with low quality videos.
