I Hope they do a Evo vs STI Championship
It was one of my most favorite championships in Toca Racer Driver 3

IMSA is possible (and will happen as sooner as you think)
But you can forget Ferrari, Peugeot and any WEC car thanks to a certain motorsport games

Awtchually, it have leftovers that can be scanned and so they did

If look at the featured Multiplayer direct it appears they just call this the short circuit, as i am not aware of any other Layout at laguna Seca.

FM7 had a bunch of offroad, SUVs and rally cars, but only tarmac to use them on. I tried some of them but FM7 just isn't the right place to enjoy them.

The offroaders and SUVs need to be on dirt or driving around over the countryside, that makes sense for them. Rally cars get used on tarmac often enough, so those are fine to see in FM2023 with road suspension and tyres.

Good eye, i had not noticied first time i saw it

although FM7 did have the M-Sport Fiesta WRC
I heared rumors that FM7 had plans for rally cross but they decided instead drop it and work on the new FM
About SUVs and Trucks, GT7 have trucks and now they had put vans so I think some sport SUVs and Crossovers will show up alongside some trucks, besides i think they would priuoritize more on UTEs and small trucks like the SVT Lightning

Can anyone point out the inaccuracies of the Evo model on the new track reveal? T10 have done themselves no favours with this reveal, but I'm curious as to what parts of the models are wrong

Yeah I'm not really expecting any yet, weird choice of cars for release though...

From a recent article, albeit the site has been roasted in here https://www.dexerto.com/forza/forza-motorsport-8-trailers-features-1333287/:

Dexerto articles are written by unqualified, underpaid individuals whose sole purpose is to hump the SEO cash machine and get clicks. I'm in a similar line of work and I find their content revolting and horrifyingly inaccurate. Same sort of click farm that will regularly talk about GTA 6/the next GTA when there are zero news on the subject. They will skim Reddit posts or a YouTube video at most, take whatever they find as unquestionable fact, and build articles out of it. Wouldn't be surprised if they just let 3 interns and ChatGPT write everything these days.

The model looks the same as the one from FM2/FM3, I can’t remember the inaccuracies with the model, but what I am seeing does not look good. Those shaders are weak.

Cool, I'm not a Mitsi guy (Subie guy, owned a Legacy GT Spec.B Wagon), so i'm not super familiar with them, but when I image-searched the VI, I could see most examples either had a foglight or an empty space, only saw a couple examples of the bumper with the foglight covers, which doesn't look as aesthetically pleasing, but when i compared it to the models with the cover, it seemed to line up alright with my untrained eyes.

I genunially am craving to talk again about the fact people complain about the models, but wont go talk or vote about it on Forza feedback forums, instead , for the my saninty and community sanity sake, i will avoid talk about it today

The facebook video someone here posted yesterday looks better

It's certainly disappointing seeing sub-standard content, but I'm not going to let it stop my enjoyment of the game, as long as the racing is engaging on a wheel with good force feedback, and the SP/MP modes work well, I can overlook some of this stuff.

Same, as long game is fun, i dont mind the rest, i was missing a track racer like this for a long time, and all I want, is that everyone enjoy it and have fun.
Hopefuly the game will be a sucess and T10 may give it the same treatment it is giving to FH5.

It looks beautiful but I hope there is a bright clear day on all tracks.

From what I have seen the standing races start the same way with no way of jumping the start. I would of thought this would be something that was changed seeing the new focus...

Looking back at this from the last Forza Monthly, did anyone spot the McLaren 720S GT3, what looks like a different 911 RSR variant, and maybe the rear end of the Lexus RCF GT3 in the Kyalami race thumbnail?
You can see a list of spotted cars (as well as confirmed) cars here:

From the link:

There are also some cars that were seen in the footage from the game but were not officially “confirmed”:

They could've just used any other model other than the awful Evo VI model. Even a special-edition Tommi Makinen edition would've sufficed. But noooo, they just had to re-use it again.

Can't wait for the EP3 Civic, the Mustang King Cobra to come back. Both models are awful quality and the BNR32 Skyline is far worse.

I guess I might upset some people with this post…

Headlights - the quality of materials used on ‘00 Evo VI is not the same as a ‘00 E46. Some cars headlights just aren’t as good. Maybe that is reflected (no pun intended).

If you are worried about car models and photo mode, Assetto Corsa (Not Comp) and FH4/5on PC is waiting for you only after you spend $5k on a PC and LG C3. Just let me know how fast you are able to turn you PC on, load up and start racing compared to me turning on XSX and getting into race.

The only thing I give some of these whiners is the GT7 models compared to FM23 but we could endlessly debate other issues between the games. I won’t deny for a second that GT7 did a great job with models and graphics.

All I want is customizable vehicles and quality racing with graphics better than the previous offerings. FM23 seems to achieved that and the safety ratings are likely to make a big difference between myself and immature kids or teenagers that I had or still deal with in FM7.

Real gripes as previously mentioned are the lack of GT/LMP/Race cars and maybe the Buiders’ Cup time spent building the customizable cars (which we still don’t know for sure how it exactly works) as well the loss of spectator mode. Nords will eventually be here so that does not really bother me as much.

If you dont want to spend 5k, you can dedicate some time to make the feedback vote about update the car models and tell all your friends and people you know to vote about it.
you only need a Xbox Live account, you know, the same you use to play Forza anyway

Man the game looks so underwhelming in this video, bad piece of marketing this time Turn 10

Looking forward to these offroad cars in the form of a rally expansion, unless they'll maybe let us slip off a few tracks for a short while, RX style, upon release? Imagine we'll see similar from other continent's manufacturers given these date ranges now.
I highly doubt FM2023 will ever feature rally, it would require a huge amount of work. Honestly they’re better off making an entirely seperate game for rally, something akin to dirt rally 1 or 2
