What I bet happened was the video editor typed “Maple Valley Track Map” into google, saw the map drawn for the club and used it as reference.

They're all there except the straight and Blind Left:

So... bad news - you were probably right.

Only one of the key sectors bears a similar name, and it's not at the same location on the track: Farmhouse. The others are Rocket, Amphitheater, and Elevator.

Just set your console/PC to New Zealand location. Only takes a minute (Xbox needs to reboot after the change). Better than sitting waiting unnecessarily.

Funny you say that, I see many saying the same thing, but I feel the complete opposite, this feels nothing like my FM7 experience, in a good way, it honestly feels to me like the got the sim-lite handling down perfectly, I've been really enjoying my first hour so far on my wheel, can't wait to jump back in after kids are in bed tonight.

That is really weird. Having just left FM7 and getting into this, I felt like I picked up exactly where I left off. And I should say, IMO, that is a good thing. But still it feels so much better at the same time. Loving it.

Would love to hear impressions of how it runs on Cloud Gaming (presuming anyone can get a slot to play and it's not like Starfield). I spent my Series S savings on a PS Portal instead so the only way I'll be able to play is streaming.

Having not played a FM game before I’m coming in with no expectations and first impressions are mixed, just done the first Builders cup race and I must say that the graphics didn’t WOW me, obviously just playing straight away so I’ll delve into the settings later.. cars (the Subaru) feel really heavy steeringwise and I’m getting stutters during the cut scenes ( absolutely fine when racing) did enjoy the first few races though and looking forward to spending a few more hours with it…

I wonder how much New Zealand’s population has grown these last few hours, may be a few people scratching their heads down under 🤔

I just went to Settings; Time and Language; Date and Time and just set it to New Zealand and my clock changed straight away so was able to download no problem

You only have to change Country & Region in Windows settings to New Zealand

It's the first time I've done it since I primarily use my PS5. Does anyone know when it's safe to switch it back to the US time zone? I watch the YouTube video and the guy said you have to leave it at least for 2 days

You don’t have to change timezone. Only region! See my post above.

Every time I have done it, I just do it a day later... or a few days later. Its largely unimportant to switch back ASAP, unless you are planning on buying something off your regional store a few hours later.

I've also switched, checked if I can play early, find out I cant, then go back immediately.
