Forza

seriously, they shouldn't release so many different builds to the public. It just causes confusion about the game's capabilities.
if you got a modded ps2, some dvd-r's and a dvd burner, yo ass can play the new demo.

So the 120i was in gtr and it's 130230103912times harder than the one in gt4? OMG!!!!111111111 teh reailzikess

you're not helping yourself.

the BMW M coupe is supposedly in GTR, in full race livery.

well, I don't and wouldn't if I did, because downloading crap off the internet and doing all that stuff is too much hassle for my lazy ass.

My modded ps2 stopped working 2 years ago anyway.

but has code driven the 120i in gtr? I mean the street verison?

obviously not, since the car will not be featured in the game. The comparison is irrelevant anyway. Since car physics can be assessed no matter the car in question.

Your description of Forza's physics would be unfair if you were to follow your own rules.

4 ps2s...wouldnt it make more sense to have 2 ps2s, a gamecube and an xbox...or is that just me...

And cobra, I've driven enough cars to know what a real one feels like.

ANYWYAZZZZ I OWN GT4
SEEE I OWN IT!!11!1234 YOU DONT SO I KNOWZZZ!!

4 ps2s...thats insanely stupid.

buy yourself a car and stop getting all strange over GT4.

I just bought a fantastic car for 1500$ CDN. 4 ps2s would cost 800 bucks. thats halfway there.

one major difference between the xbox and the ps2 are the analogue buttons used for braking and throttle.
the ps2 buttons arent very analogue. its very hard to push a button say 1/5th or 2/5ths etc.
the xbox shoulderbuttons can be pressed much more carefully. anyone who's ever held and xbox controller will realize that.
Thats why forza can have the options to turn braking and throttleassist off. you can actually minipulate brakes and throttle much mor eprecisely and because of this the game handles alot tougher.

in GT the braking and throttling is always assisted because the buttons are to limited in range to simulate realistic braking/throttling. thats why in gt you can just press the throttle fully at the start, and you can brake hard and still not have your brakes lock up.

thats also why in forza you have to pump your brake realisticly in order not to loose control, and why you have to start doing it earlier, and why you have to be carefull how much pressure u apply to the gas when exiting a corner.

it does make the game very hard for alot of people since most driving games have given a bit of assistance in braking etc in the past

Is abit...stupid isn't. I can see it now

"HAY GUYZZ!!! I HAVE 4 PS2z!!!!"

"why?"

"UHHHHH FOR GT4!!"

"go away from us now"

"ok :("

You see, like a normal person I just get consoles fixed/ buy new ones when it breaks down first.

The triggers on the xbox are...ohhh yes. The stick on it is also first class, so accurate.

good for you code.

Cobra, I'll give you my copy of GT4 if you send me a playstation 2 of yours.

WTF do you do with 4 playstation 2s...use em as crap dvd players? Link em and pretend it's a super computer?

Well when you have a job you can buy things, no matter how crazy they seem :D

I have a job. Do you have a car? Do you enjoy driving it?

It would make more sense to spend money on a car, take it to track days, and upgrade it than wasting it on multiple game consoles to play one racing game on.

I own 12 xboxes, 10 game cubes and 20 million playstation 2s. Honest. Just being ready, ya know. Ahhh ofc I don't actually own a car, or a house...or well, anything really. Just this crappy 286 and shed in my parents garden. ;)

Ok mybad haj but I can't honestly agree that forza is more of a sim than gt4 when it's not even more realistic than prolouge. And as you know, I have played forza, with the aid off.

code, honestly you are over hyping gtr's physics. I took a run with the latest download of the game and I drove with the wheel, I took a lister on the track and I could drive it, I hit afew walls but it was nothing serious. It wasn't hard, maybe I'm a pro racer and just realized it

I'd imagine the demo you downloaded, was the semi pro demo. There are 2 demo's for GTR, the press demo with the hardcore physics, and the more mainstream demo. Which only had Semi Pro the difference beetween Semi Pro and Simulation is like comparing NFSU to Gran Turismo...
