Glad to see everything is going well with the championship series. I hope to get in on this action very soon, at least before the whole thing is over. After I'm done with the EP I'm recording, I will have some time to put into rivals and trying to qualify.

Got up to 4th, I just spent 21 laps right on Forcone's bumper, but couldn't make the last tenth. Now my eyes and jaw hurt.
I might possibly race this week, if I can get up at 5am

Anyone else having issues with FM servers? I finally have time to do some qualifying and then the servers are down... Well, just did a quick tune for the Skyline, handles like a dream. Not sure if it's fast though, did some low 1:41's while tuning...?

I've been thinking about getting the Fanatec CSR wheel. Just the basic one with the basic CSR pedals. (not the elite CSR)

For $299 it seems like a good deal. Anybody else have one of these? I've used the Logitech Driving Force GT wheel on GT5 some, how does it compare?

I have the CSR which I use with Logitech G25 pedals. I like it more than the G25, but I've never used the Driving Force GT.

Also a DFGT user that went to the CSR. The DFGT wheel itself, in my eyes, is/was a good wheel. Felt good and the FFB was good. The pedals on the other hand were poopoo. But since using the CSR, I find the CSR better. I do admit the feel of the DFGT is the winner but the CSR wins when it comes to performance.

I did go with the CSR Elite pedals and find these pedals to be out of this world. I was more impressed with the pedals than the wheel. My suggestion, if finances allow, go with the Elite pedals.

What do you mean by the "feel of the DFGT is the winner"? Like how it felt in your hands or the FFB?

Those Elite pedals look awesome but I'm stretching my budget as it is sadly.

Seems like frustration has the better of me once again! I'm inches away from SatansReverence, but always mess it up somehow. Driving this car takes more precision than brain surgery! At least I think it does...

Hmm that LFA is fun to drive but pretty hard to control when I push it..

Just did some laps in the GTR and my fastest was a 1:41.6xx and average around 42 dead..

The loaner is pretty fast too, did some 1:42's in it, fastest was 1:42.2xx!

Yeah, I tried a few laps and it's not my cup of tea. We had quite a few good races with 5 or 6 club members today. ....though it felt like I was cheating driving the McLaren on La Sarthe against you guys.
