I'm still not getting the snap oversteer that's been wildly reported. The chassis feels super tight for a RWD.

Not once did it feel unpredictable. And I was chucking it like a FWD.

That'd put it on a knife edge IMO. I think the front would become so solid that any steering input would bounce the rear end out.

Same here, but I'm cool about it, I'm only annoyed because I won't be locked in for Round 2 as I'm missing R1 and R3.

Chill Yera, it's 342hp v 343hp we're talking about, hardly going to make a bit of difference on lap time.

At least take the time to read before posting... actually we're talking about a difference in torque figures, not horsepower, which to a car that'll always be one of the slowest cars on a straight might mean something regarding corner exits before said straights...

Also to bring up a different point.. we don't drop points scores, but we have a two-week gap to accommodate Furi? I appreciate you run the championship but it hardly seems fair.
I will miss two weeks of this because of my other commitments, but that basically means I already can't compete for anything other than random points which will mean nothing come the end of it. No one else annoyed by the same situation?
Same as in the Clios I lost the chance to win that because I couldn't make a race.
If you have to be there to run the races, that's fine, but there's no such leniency for anyone else. Why can't we just drop one weekend's worst score?

If you had taken the time to check stewards conversation, you would've seen that I simply answered "Nope", without having been asked to give any reason(s) for my answer, and also that it was Panoz who said that with so many races featured in a ToCA season, a dropped score wouldn't make much of a difference

I think a drop round would make the championship a lot closer. I know towards the end of GT5 there were only 3 or 4 people who did every race.

Tested the megane thought I was getting on well with it after 50 laps them went into the Alfa and first lap was 1.2 seconds fast......


Megane has far too much rear end grip just can't get it loose.

Try fiddling with BB... that's what I've been using for these cars since we can't tune the suspension to loose the rear...

Correct. @Furinkazen can confirm from Tuesday's test lobby that I only spun once, and that was because I got held up by the pesky FF's through a chicane.

Try fiddling with BB... that's what I've been using for these cars since we can't tune the suspension to loose the rear...

It's running a pretty much handbrake set up.

Even if you flick it it will just not slide. Tempted to try running it with wets on the rear

Alfa feels slow as it doesn't have a turbo but is deceptively fast.

Yep does like to eat through those tyres! Trick gear set up might resolve that though.

Then your theory of the 86 with Chassis Reinforcement is a horrible car may be true. I would assume though that something is up. You should probably check with Furi if your car is legal.
