I'm going to ruin the joke here on purpose...Herzog is a rail grinder/track maintenance company and the "do not hump" is referring to yard crews to never run these through a "hump yard" (rail yard, with a hump for all the shiz to roll down by itself) and let these roll down the hill on their own because it'd damage the grinding equipment and sensors.Not this exact one because I failed to take a picture of it every time I drove past but one of these was on campus for a few days. I laughed every single time I passed it.
