awesome pics bro!

How did you take a picture from a high view on that first set of the STI rally car?

It was one of the preset cameras that you can cycle through with Select. On some of the tracks, like this one and Deep Forrest, it'll sometimes give you some high angles.

Also, to anyone wondering why I haven't posted anything lately, it's because I've been playing a lot of LittleBigPlanet 2 lately. Once that gets boring, I'll probably get back to photomode.

How did I miss this gallery? I enjoy all of your sets so far. As moglet said about the second shot - so smooth. Keep the updates coming!

Heh, thanks. The second shot has also been my desktop wallpaper for about two weeks now :P

Anyways, after completing some of the new seasonal events, I decided to try the Mazda 787b at La Sarthe. It's actually pretty fun to drive, and it sounds awesome! I also tried to make a HDR photo for the first time ever :dopey:

Shots are great. The GT by Citroen on page one is a particular highlight 👍

How do you take pictures of cars with the wheels moving? Whenever I go into photomode during a replay the tires/rims on the car are frozen still.

You showed some of the good ideas! Not to steal them of course:) but I'm inspired by your black Alfa and Impresa... the 2nd impresa is stunning!

Insane 787B photos, much of the first two is overexposed (in a good way) but the colours and perspective are so insane they complement the overexposure, transforming them into awesomeness. 👍

Some awesome pcitures in here; I especially like the shots of the GT by Citroën Race Car at the Nürburgring.

As a fellow GIMP user, might I ask you what you did to those pictures? I tihnk you added a little noise and you probably added a coloured layer (orange?), is that correct? Any hints would be much appreciated :D

Adjust the shutter speed. It starts out at 1/250 but reducing it to 1/25 or similar will give you some good blur. Also, press Triangle to bring up the camera options and change the Blur Mode from Type 1 to Type 3 to get a smooth road with a perfectly detailed car. :thumb:

Fysho, I love the insane colours you've used in this update, I guess they reflect the 'personality' of the car!

Heh, I actually didn't really like the first two photos, compared to the last two, but thanks a lot anyway :P

My 2.0 shot for this week

I also posted this in the "artistic photo thread", so I might as well post it here too (guard your eyes):

This gallery is....OMG!

That Alfa TZ2 shot is by far the best - so realistic and I love the mood.

Don't slate it by calling it 'mediocre' or 'nothing special'! The colours and effects, along with the angles are amazing! This gallery is something VERY special, keep them coming mate!

You're a looney. :D

Holy crap that second shot in your latest update is awesome. I just love the insane colours in it. Fisheye effect is interesting too.

👍 👍

Nice work on the Integra Type R shot, I really ought to buy myself one of those. You've captured the feel of a tight race well :)

The BMW one is quite interesting, could easily be a screencap from a motoring show or BMW promotional video... I'd like to see it in high res!

And to everyone else: Thanks for the nice words! :)

Also, Ceiling_fan, your avatar is hypnotic. I can never take my eyes off of it whenever I see it

every picture you take is so full of colors! I really really like them. Something different to most of the other GT5 pics I´ve seen. But, in a good way different! A very good way...:)

looking forward for an update. I´m sure they kick ass! :D

I was linked here by your post in the 2.0 thread where you commented on my entry. Now I know who shot that brilliant GTbyCitroën. 👍

your montage was great! Like to see more from you.

And yes, good that you posted it here. I barely check the video section......(pssst, do more of them ;))

Thanks a lot for the comments, everyone! @Schwadegan: Actually, not really, though I usually do like having it visible in the photos. I could try some without though.

Anyways, I don't really have anything new to show you (as in, "you people"("What do you mean, "you people"?")), so instead, I think I'll just post this, from my old GTbyCitroën photoshoot.
