Sorry just got home for the day. 30

Yikes, getting home after midnight sucks.

Anyway, to be sure my number wasn't random that I could change for whoever (like that would help me in any way anyway), I chose the year model of my Ute, which is a '94. So NLxAROSA has won and gets to choose who he verses in round 1. Please decide ASAP. Before tunes are published would be great.

I have an idea to get round the s2 tyres issue... do the testing and racing in 750PP class but detune the cars to 600PP...?

Or is that an idiotic idea?

I'd sign up myself but as it stands I don't fancy my chances in a Viper on S2s (coward )

Yeah as above, still intesting with a test pilot doing some tuning. For those who sign up to 888 I will be happy to release the tune via PM to then when its sorted unless the other houses have a prob with that ?

Umm . . one question regarding the NTSC races, how in heavens name is the final gonna be one hour earlier the division 2 races have even started? maybe I misread but I doublechecked and the date is the same so that got me wondering, most probably just a typing mistake.

The time scheme is the same for all 3 race series (NTSC and PAL 1&2). I think the intent is to have the finals on a different day (the following Saturday?)

Hey if your running 888 I have to say the car is pretty sweet. I tested it out for a few hours yesterday and I was having a ball at Fuji. Great car to pick too.... with racing Fuji a good tune is really going to matter.

Who has the fast corners?
Who can accel the fastest out of the corners?
Who has the right gearing for the straights?
Who took power or weight or vice versa.....


This is going to be a great showdown...... but 888 will win

For the last time, anything in Magenta is a detail from last time I haven't updated yet. The Finals will be a week after round 1.

A question to all the tuners.. I get a few people asking about changing the steering Angle.. Of all the settings we set, I think this one we should allow some flexibility on due to some of us using controllers and some using a wheel setup...

Whats everyones thoughs on this ?

Thinking about? I already have won, yeah, while you were asleep we raced the event and TLD won. I'm using TCS just to launch off the line. As soon as I reach 2nd gear I turn it off again, even if I get back to 1st gear in-race I leave it off for the entire race. Just those launches are hard without it.

I didn't fancy my chances in the stock viper on fuji, it felt like i was driving a big rock, so i just entered a race to see how bad it would be, came in second in a 10 driver pack.

It feels very slow, but still it's competative, though the last turn seems to go on forever.

Ah don't sweat it. If push comes to shove I'll be re-allocating drivers myself before the event starts. kosketi81 said he didn't mind where he was at first, so if you don't get any drivers (apart from yourself )then I will probably move him first to your team.
