Best looking Viper for me, one of the best looking modern sports cars overall for me. Love her. Beautiful work Dodge!

LOL WAIT DIDN'T SONY SPONSOR TEAM ORECA's VIPER BACK IN THE DAY?! Now That's funny!

Saw an original GTS on the road today and snapped a few pictures. Loving the new look, regardless of the 599-esque front end.

Looks like a Ginetta G55:

Lower front and a longer bonnet on the Viper obviously though but there are a lot of styling cues that appear on both.
Perhaps a case of Ginetta taking cues from the original Viper seeing as much of this new design is carrying over the 1st Gen Viper styling.

I don't really like the huge bonnet inlets/outlets on this new Viper but otherwise I like the rest.

^Thats a GT3 version. The one I posted is the original G55 Cup version (its from Ginetta's own website even).

The street version is nice, but to be honest it doesn't excite me like a Viper really should, it doesn't look "tough" if you will. As for the GTS-R, I think it looks great and I can't wait for the Corvette vs Viper on track battle to start once again! Personally I would have unveiled the new Viper with a stripe package on it though, but that's just me.. Vipers always look better with a nice set of stripes.

Discounting whatever he was trying to say, they do actually as they appear to come straight from it. The First picture especially very much resembles the Autovista. This looks like Turn 10 might be doing a coincided promo with Dodge Like PD has done before with certain makes.

Already said two pages back it from autovista. The point is someone took pictures of a screen and not in game pictures posted on the web. The quality is off and not like that of Forza in game pictures. Also no one is disputing the promo, it most likely is a promo since T10 is American as to Honda and Toyota being Japanese for PD.

Lighter, more aerodynamic, base car looks like it will have downforce, and the GTS-R is returning to reclaim the race tracks of the world. I approve.

I figured they'd bring back the GTS-R, I've been saying that since they stopped the ACR. The ACR seemed to be a test of what they could engineer street wise for future race ventures. Also why have a division named SRT if you don't have a horse in the race to bring technology back to your street cars.

When is it coming back to the ALMS?

Hopefully they do better than Jag did...

Probably not before next season, and if it does show up before next season, it will probably debut at Petit Le Mans. Although the GTS-R had a driver list on the roof.. so it's possible it could debut whenever they are ready to compete.
