I am also intrigued by this claim. I don't remember really learning anything from the driving school. Let's here the details about this "control your car's rotation while it's in air"

If you let go of the accelerator you can control the cars rotation with the left analog stick. 
Very usefull if you think you'll land on your roof 👍....or for massive stunt bonuses.
Also KM, as driving skill increase it's harder to spin cars out using the handbrake -- I remember when I first started playing the game I used to spin the grenwood around heaps and go a huge distance with the handbrake on, now they're very controlled and alot shorter.

I can't remember for sure but I think that tip appears when you're about to (or as you) start the test, on the bottom of the screen, and sometimes little notes like those don't really stay on that long, so they're easy to miss.
I really should apply that when I drive anyway, I've lost count of how many cliffs I've drove off impromptu.
That thing about random pedestrians taking snapshots of Los Santos is very odd indeed. So far none have ever said any eerie comments to me, but it's very peculiar how they nod to themselves when they're done taking pictures, and then walk to their watery grave.

Yeah modding taxis are cool and all but you still get that annoying yellow taxi light.

you could always get yourself a merit, and then you wouldnt have the taxi light on the roof.
i got one, painted it yellow like a taxi, and modded it. i dint know you could mod taxi's. cool.
erm, on another note, ive just read the liberty city video thread where some guy is jetpacking around portland... and it occurred to me.... where are rockstar going next?
what can we possibly be given to do next?
the theme has always been more opportunities, more vehicles, more landscape and more missions..... but where to now?
i wonder if they will be able to compress the data for liberty, vice and san andreas onto one dbl dvd and then give us missions that require us to change cities regularly?
you remember the original missions in stanton island in gta 3 had you running back to portland, with half the mafia trying to shoot you... what if you had to run back to liberty from vice, or even VIA vice city, to get to the district you needed, with somne marathon travelling time involved without death?
cool!
i for one would like to see all three areas put into one game, but of course i am aware that the main joys of a new gta game are the NEW areas to explore..... just food for thought...

Div is back
Stand outside Ganton Gym, on the south side. Face the railway tracks. Turn about 180 degrees so that the railway tracks are behind you and the road stretches out to the 8-Track stadium ahead of you. On your right-hand side are some blue apartment buildings - where you go to see B Dup and Big Bear early on in the game. The black Boxville is in the FIRST gap there, between blue buildings.
Burglar can only be activated between 8pm and 6am, so take the Boxville early and drive to Richman, THEN activate the mission when 8pm arrives.

best (easiest and fastest) way to do the burglar missions is on grove street.. use the two houses to the right of sweet's, get the tv and vcr from one, then the other, then the other, then the other. until you have about 2 minutes left (you can get there in a minute and half or less) you should be able to complete all $20,000 worth in one night

It's $10,000, and yes, you get a "Burglar Mission Complete!" message, with a $3,000 bonus. And it's not required for 100%.
You have to be OUT of the houses by 6am, but you have unitl 11am to get back to the lockup.

At the start of the game, you're warned by the police not to leave Los Santos because you're their main "suspect" for a cop killing. All the roads leaving the island that Los Santos is on have roadblocks and if you try to fly or swim to San Fierro or Las Venturas then you'll get a 4 star level.Bryce302
Apparently it can't be cleared by cheat codes either. It's probably like when you go to Area 69 and it keeps flashing you 5 stars every few seconds to prevent you trying to explore it without a wanted level.
Did you use a cheat to spawn a jetpack?
